I didn’t see Ridge telling Brooke he was coming home or that all was well. I think he wanted her to stop blaming herself for drinking. However, as Sheila pointed everything after was all Brooke. Her lies and lack of trust in Ridge are still an ongoing issue for decades now. I hope he doesn’t go crawling back to her until the next time she screws him over.

I get why Thomas would keep quiet about Brooke, she’s made no secret that she despises him. She did everything in her power to prevent Ridge from having a relationship with him, including giving ultimatums. Brooke hurt their family, especially Ridge so many times, I can’t blame Thomas for staying mum regarding the label switch. It doesn’t change Brooke lying to Ridge all that time, manipulating to keep Liam, Hope and Douglas from telling him the truth or the fact she didn’t trust her husband. Was it kind of Thomas? Can't imagine why Thomas isn't a Brooke fan after she nearly killed him pushing him off the cliff at Steffy's! Nonetheless, the information regarding the champagne label swap was bothering Thomas, just not enough to share Sheila's secret with Ridge.
The difference - Brooke wasn’t trying to push Thomas off the cliff. She pushed him in anger and he slipped on the rocks and plummeted downward. But EVERYTHING Thomas did to Brooke / Hope was with full intent and a plan behind it. That’s the difference.

Brooke needs to figure out how much she really loves Ridge. Accidentally kissing a past love because she was drunk is one thing, but completely ignoring her husband's feelings about said man just because she wants to please her daughter is totally absurb. Liam and Hope were quite willing to move out of the cabin just to make peace. There was absolutely no understanding or attempt at compromise from Brooke. It was either her way or the highway (out of HER house).
The hospital scenes also showed up who Brooke really is at the core. Selfish, self-centred and self-absorbed. She used what happened to Steffy to lure Ridge back because she wanted to hold him. And Brooke does not see anything wrong in her behaviour even when Steffy thought Liam was still her husband. I am certain that Ridge took note of her behaviour. It was not pleasant at all.
So I am not sure that Ridge will automatically go back to Brooke. His main concern seemed to be that Brooke was broken up about what made her drink so he wanted to let her know that she was manipulated into drinking the alcohol by Sheila.

That's why I am very happy that Taylor did not give in to him and she stood her ground with Steffy and Thomas about her relationship with their father. She will allow Ridge to make his own decision about who he wants to be with.

I don’t think it will take much begging on Brooke’s part. Ridge clearly wants his wife back. He has had no chemistry with Taylor the whole time he stayed at Steffy’s. It was a platonic relationship with the exception of some kissing scenes. They were parents to their kids, but were never a “couple”. The writing is on the wall he will be going back to Brooke. Now we’ll just see how long it takes. Days or weeks…that’s the question. My guess is sooner rather than later.
