i hope carter and quinn get back together and quinn takes a huge chunk of eric forresters money too. its sick watching him play pickle ball with that hogan donna and the honey bear bottle. i used to buy those same cute bottles of honey but now not so much with them using it this way. paris needs to stop trying to act like a hogan itch taking and bedding whatever guy she wants and her mom also needs to butt out .its not up to heer to decide who paris is gonna be with..

Quinn is going to tell paris that carter saw her as a rebound from her, but it’s too late because she told zende, so she is going to end up alone, as it should b!! I find it disrespectful that you criticize the physical aspect of the actress who plays a character in mourning. unless you prefer the character to wear makeup, however that really wouldn't make sense to what the character is going through. EQuinElle- I believe Finn is still alive too. There has just been too many weird things. Like Lin talking in the present tense instead of in the past tense. The biggest thing that stood out to me was her saying she would take care of Finn. Saying he is her son instead of was her son. Jack not being around which makes me wonder if he may be with Finn. Finn could be really out of it because he got hurt pretty bad. I would love to see him come back and have to take care of Sheila when she does whatever evil she will do. That would be the ultimate payback for Sheila.

I have always thought Finn is still alive, that’s why nothing been shown of him since the shooting.. I think steffy will be pregnant with his child and he will come back when she goes into labour.. by then Sheila will hopefully be caught and behind bars, to which she will probably escape from?? Not sure how it will all go though.. Mayb Finn ends up with amnesia as well, and Li and jack decide not to tell him about steffy and Hayes because they don’t want him to go back to her because he will always be in danger with Sheila always lurking somewhere.. they are making everyone believe he is dead..? But when steffy goes into labour, some outside force will jog Finn’s memory?? That’s my prediction?? But either way, no matter how it happens, he will come back..
Remember….in Taylor’s mind, Sheila saved her life. lol. Like Ridge pointed out, the only reason Sheila had to save Taylor’s life is because Taylor was up there trying to save Sheila. Taylor is extremely naive like I have said 100 times. Her clueless, unicorn believing personality is completely incongruent with a psychiatrist. Taylor continues to bug me. And the stunt she pulled today puts everyone in harm’s way. Steffy meeting Sheila alone in a dark ally was an extremely bad decision, and Taylor follows suit by inviting Sheila into the house.

I'm pissed! I wanted to hold Taylor by her scrawny shoulders today and smack some sense into her. First, she lets gun-toting Sheila into Steffy's home then tries to make Steffy understand why Sheila wants to see Hayes. So, are Sheila's feelings more important than Steffy's? If Taylor continues to stand up for Sheila, she's liable to get her daughter killed and her grandson kidnapped!
Elle- in my opinion, Taylor hasn't been much good at dealing with anything. It's even worse when she's suppose to be a psychiatrist. She has been ridiculous with Sheila since day 1. Always letting her talk to her at work. Not even questioning why Sheila was hanging around Steffy in the hospital so much when she knows Sheila's past and how Steffy hates her. Now she's actually letting her come to her house? I'm sorry, but I would be having more questions about Sheila then I would be feeling sorry for her and defending her. Despite how some people may feel about Brooke she also handled that whole situation wrong to. Once again, especially since she's supposed to be a psychiatrist. No psychiatrist would have gotten involved with Ridge as much as she has or as quick as she did. There's more I can say, but I'm not going to. I also thought she was wrong for not thinking that Steffy needed to hear the truth about Finn. Even though I am not a fan of Steffy's I will say that she's a pretty strong woman and she can handle a lot. You would think that Taylor would know that if she is such a great mommy. Speaking of, I don't like the fact that she wasn't at her daughter's wedding. Work shouldn't be more important than an occasion like that. She couldn't even come home to be with Thomas when he was having his issues. Always an excuse, but in my opinion, that isn't how any mother should react. Honestly I don't think Taylor is too good for anybody. As far as Carter goes, if he has to be with Quinn or Paris I would prefer Quinn. Just not a fan of Paris's either. Not a fan of Quinn either.
Maddy, agree. Taylor just seems like a ditz since they brought her back on the show. I don’t remember the previous Taylor Hayes having that cluelessness about her. A psychiatrist would not act that way for sure.
Up to a point, I understood what Taylor was trying to do with Sheila in terms of getting close to her to see if she was really a changed person. Her obsession with Brooke should have been a red flag for Taylor and the entire hospital melodrama and Sheila being in Steffy's room all the time should have also been a huge red flag. However, those things can be considered to be on the outside of the safety of the family (Ridge, Taylor, Steffy, Thomas, kids). I thought it was HIGHLY unprofessional, dangerous and just plain stupid to invite Sheila into Steffy's home without asking Steffy first. I love Taylor but she was very wrong in this instance. Sheila has already realized that she has Taylor wrapped around her little finger and, as a psychiatrist, Taylor should be able to see this very clearly.
Maddy , Lynn, Ell, I agree that they have made Taylor out to be very naive since she has been back.. I think the writers have forgotten how to write her.. she is too soft for her own good..
Maybe the writers are trying to exaggerate the differences between Brooke and Taylor by showing Taylor as over the top sweet and naive when it comes to most things. Whereas Brooke is pretty much the badass in most situations. The funny thing is - I like the badass in Brooke, but I can’t stand the badass in Steffy. I think because I don’t perceive Brooke as an ego maniac. But in my opinion, Steffy does come across as an ego maniac. And if we really dissect the personalities - Steffy would be more likely to be Brooke’s daughter based on personality. And sweet, innocent, naive Hope is much more like Taylor. I am only a Hope fan by default, because I can’t stand Steffy.
I agree Lynn. Steffi is just a bitch in my opinion. She never shows empathy for anyone. Brooke sometimes does, though 8t doesn't always come off as genuine. But, I just find Brooke more likable than Steffi.Taylor is an absent mother and pathetic to always be pining after Ridge. Hope 8s living in some fantasy of having a perfect little family, but she knows she's always on the edge of losing Liam. She's also pathetic.

Colly, I don’t agree. Everyone on the show protects their own. Steffy is the absolutely the Queen of protecting her own…and to hell with all others. The whole reason this Sheila mess got set in motion is because Brooke stood up for Steffy, Finn and Hayes. She told Sheila to stay clear of their family. Brooke was looking out for Steffy’s family then. And no one gives her any credit for that. When has Steffy ever once thought about anyone but the Forresters?? She actually says the words out loud all the time. Steffy has an extremely “us vs them” mentality when it comes to the Logans. I have heard those words come out of her mouth on many occasions. So please tell us why Steffy isn’t exactly what you are describing Brooke to be ???
And you ladies think when Brooke talks to Hope about her relationship with Liam she is being overbearing. But what about all the ‘Doctor Taylor’ advice that gets spewed everyday? Very true, Colly. Brooke's greatest loves are Hope and herself. She says she loves Ridge and that he is her destiny but when you tell your husband that the home you both share is HER home (even though it was purchased by and gifted to her by Ridge) just so that you can shut him up in order to have your own way, that is not love.
I, too, have watched from the beginning and Brooke has always been self-serving. And she is bringing up Hope to be the same way. Hope has it inside of her because it is what she learnt from her mother however, Hope also lives in this fantasy world (that was created by Brooke) where she believes that she can have whatever and whoever she wants, and if she can't, her mother will ensure that she gets it. This is why Hope has no self-esteem. When your husband can tell you that he still loves his ex-wife and all Hope can do is take him back with arms wide open, then she does not value or love herself. And now, she's paying the price having to watch Liam run after Steffy without considering how his wife feels about it. And instead of Brooke trying to let Hope realize that she deserves better, she instead makes excuses for Liam and encourages Hope not to give up.
But then again, it's exactly what Brooke did with Ridge. She went after him unashamedly. Tried seducing him in his office, in the steam room and anywhere she got him to be alone with her. She would get in Taylor's face, hide the fact that Taylor was alive, hide Taylor's pregnancy with Thomas and get up to every trick in the book to get Ridge away from Taylor. That's why she is now so worried about the amount of time that Ridge is spending with Taylor and his family. She knows that is where his heart is and she has absolutely no control of the situation.
@ Colly and Elle, we see things very differently. I don’t have time to write lots of explanation right now. So I will leave it at that. I will say….Brooke is trying to protect her daughter. Her instinct is to protect and whether or not you agree with her methods, that is her goal.

Colly, I wasn’t watching the show during those years. I am speaking about the way I see Brooke interact with Hope in the present day. I don’t have other points of reference because I took decades long break from the show.
That’s fair enough Lynn.. I made that point to show how self serving brook is, that she would take from her own kids if she wanted something.. and she was the instigator with both those affairs, and only on a soap, would a mother get away with that..so if she can b that way with her own children, imagine how she treated ridges kids.. the fact she was practically begging ridge to go home and work on his marraige at the hospital, and tried to railroad Liam into telling steffy against the immediate family and doctors, and then barking orders at Liam that his job is done and to focus only on hope Beth now, when steffy just got her foot in the door at home, and basically telling him kelly comes second to his family with hope, says a lot about her, and the us vs them mentality she is displaying at a time like this.. the fact is, he has another child, and she needs him and is going to continue to need him at this time, and she iis only a baby, not old enough to cope with losing a man who treated her more like a father than her own.. it’s not about steffy, it’s about kelly, but brook doesn’t give a damn about kelly, the only thing she said about kelly was when hope explained he was there for kelly, brook said “oh that’s nice and sweet, to a point”.. really.. kelly was stuck with the nanny the whole time steffy was in hospital, because brook made hope to scared to leave the hospital in case Liam hooked up with steffy.. both hope and brook should have been home taking care of the kids, not causing trouble and adding more stress to steffy and her family , which is ALL brook and hope did.. if I was Taylor, and they kept doing what they were doing, I would have said, I am sorry but you have no place being here causing added stress, and if you would like to give some support, please take care of kelly and Hayes instead of causing more in needed stress.. come on Lynn, surely you cannot defend brook and hopes behaviour the whole time they were there..if my faves behaved that way, I would not defend them.. I would slap them around and say get a grip.. and you know I would..

What I meant was that, although Taylor has been trying to help Sheila, she knew that steffy would not be happy with her in her house, especially at this time.. steffy doesn’t need to be dealing with or worrying about a woman she has always despised and will never accept.. Taylor knows steffy won’t allow Sheila to see Hayes and she should not have let her in steffies house regardless.. if my mother did that, good intentions of not, I would b furious.. it was bad enough steffy had to put up with seeing her every time she opened her eyes at the hospital.. Sheila is there to find out if steffy got her memory back yet.. nothing to do with Hayes, or she would have pushed a lot harder to see him before giving up and leaving.. no one would suspect Sheila shot her own son, that’s not the point, it’s that she is well aware steffy would not let her in or see Hayes, but she came anyway..

I agree bfan.. but the big problem with this case , is that no one would suspect Sheila killed her own son, because the history is that she desperately wanted a relationship with him , so why would she shoot him.. no one else but Finn knew steffy had confronted her about what she did to brook, and he is supposedly dead, so there is no obvious motive.. only steffy, Finn and Thomas knew.. but Thomas didn’t know steffy knew.. so her hanging around the hospital would just appear as it did, her wanting to know who shot them.. but really her wanting to finish steffy off..
And to answer your question, I think Taylor did get a bit suspicious when Sheila left, or mayb she was confused?? Not sure, but she knew something wasn’t right with steffy , the way she was looking at her??

EQuinElle- I believe Finn is still alive too. There has just been too many weird things. Like Lin talking in the present tense instead of in the past tense. The biggest thing that stood out to me was her saying she would take care of Finn. Saying he is her son instead of was her son. Jack not being around which makes me wonder if he may be with Finn. Finn could be really out of it because he got hurt pretty bad. I would love to see him come back and have to take care of Sheila when she does whatever evil she will do. That would be the ultimate payback for Sheila.

I think steffy will be pregnant with his child and he will come back when she goes into labour.. by then Sheila will hopefully be caught and behind bars, to which she will probably escape from?? Not sure how it will all go though.. Mayb Finn ends up with amnesia as well, and Li and jack decide not to tell him about steffy and Hayes because they don’t want him to go back to her because he will always be in danger with Sheila always lurking somewhere.. they are making everyone believe he is dead..? But when steffy goes into labour, some outside force will jog Finn’s memory?? That’s my prediction?? But either way, no matter how it happens, he will come back..

DeleteLike Ridge pointed out, the only reason Sheila had to save Taylor’s life is because Taylor was up there trying to save Sheila. Taylor is extremely naive like I have said 100 times. Her clueless, unicorn believing personality is completely incongruent with a psychiatrist. Taylor continues to bug me. And the stunt she pulled today puts everyone in harm’s way. Steffy meeting Sheila alone in a dark ally was an extremely bad decision, and Taylor follows suit by inviting Sheila into the house.

First, she lets gun-toting Sheila into Steffy's home then tries to make Steffy understand why Sheila wants to see Hayes. So, are Sheila's feelings more important than Steffy's? If Taylor continues to stand up for Sheila, she's liable to get her daughter killed and her grandson kidnapped!

Elle- in my opinion, Taylor hasn't been much good at dealing with anything. It's even worse when she's suppose to be a psychiatrist. She has been ridiculous with Sheila since day 1. Always letting her talk to her at work. Not even questioning why Sheila was hanging around Steffy in the hospital so much when she knows Sheila's past and how Steffy hates her. Now she's actually letting her come to her house? I'm sorry, but I would be having more questions about Sheila then I would be feeling sorry for her and defending her. Despite how some people may feel about Brooke she also handled that whole situation wrong to. Once again, especially since she's supposed to be a psychiatrist. No psychiatrist would have gotten involved with Ridge as much as she has or as quick as she did. There's more I can say, but I'm not going to. I also thought she was wrong for not thinking that Steffy needed to hear the truth about Finn. Even though I am not a fan of Steffy's I will say that she's a pretty strong woman and she can handle a lot. You would think that Taylor would know that if she is such a great mommy. Speaking of, I don't like the fact that she wasn't at her daughter's wedding. Work shouldn't be more important than an occasion like that. She couldn't even come home to be with Thomas when he was having his issues. Always an excuse, but in my opinion, that isn't how any mother should react. Honestly I don't think Taylor is too good for anybody. As far as Carter goes, if he has to be with Quinn or Paris I would prefer Quinn. Just not a fan of Paris's either. Not a fan of Quinn either.

DeleteUp to a point, I understood what Taylor was trying to do with Sheila in terms of getting close to her to see if she was really a changed person. Her obsession with Brooke should have been a red flag for Taylor and the entire hospital melodrama and Sheila being in Steffy's room all the time should have also been a huge red flag. However, those things can be considered to be on the outside of the safety of the family (Ridge, Taylor, Steffy, Thomas, kids). I thought it was HIGHLY unprofessional, dangerous and just plain stupid to invite Sheila into Steffy's home without asking Steffy first. I love Taylor but she was very wrong in this instance. Sheila has already realized that she has Taylor wrapped around her little finger and, as a psychiatrist, Taylor should be able to see this very clearly.

And if we really dissect the personalities - Steffy would be more likely to be Brooke’s daughter based on personality. And sweet, innocent, naive Hope is much more like Taylor.

I agree Lynn. Steffi is just a bitch in my opinion. She never shows empathy for anyone. Brooke sometimes does, though 8t doesn't always come off as genuine. But, I just find Brooke more likable than Steffi.Taylor is an absent mother and pathetic to always be pining after Ridge. Hope 8s living in some fantasy of having a perfect little family, but she knows she's always on the edge of losing Liam. She's also pathetic.

But the reason hope is the way she is, is because brook speaks and acts for her.. she can’t have her own thoughts and opinions or deal with life because brook is an overbearing control freak who feeds hopes insecurities instead of teaching her how to deal with life, and see things from all different views, she just instil fear, and uncertainty in her.. but, having said that, hope can also be just as manipulative and hypocritical when she wants to be..

The whole reason this Sheila mess got set in motion is because Brooke stood up for Steffy, Finn and Hayes. She told Sheila to stay clear of their family. Brooke was looking out for Steffy’s family then. And no one gives her any credit for that. When has Steffy ever once thought about anyone but the Forresters?? She actually says the words out loud all the time. Steffy has an extremely “us vs them” mentality when it comes to the Logans. I have heard those words come out of her mouth on many occasions. She says she loves Ridge and that he is her destiny but when you tell your husband that the home you both share is HER home (even though it was purchased by and gifted to her by Ridge) just so that you can shut him up in order to have your own way, that is not love.
DeleteI, too, have watched from the beginning and Brooke has always been self-serving. And she is bringing up Hope to be the same way. Hope has it inside of her because it is what she learnt from her mother however, Hope also lives in this fantasy world (that was created by Brooke) where she believes that she can have whatever and whoever she wants, and if she can't, her mother will ensure that she gets it. This is why Hope has no self-esteem. When your husband can tell you that he still loves his ex-wife and all Hope can do is take him back with arms wide open, then she does not value or love herself. And now, she's paying the price having to watch Liam run after Steffy without considering how his wife feels about it. And instead of Brooke trying to let Hope realize that she deserves better, she instead makes excuses for Liam and encourages Hope not to give up.
But then again, it's exactly what Brooke did with Ridge. She went after him unashamedly. Tried seducing him in his office, in the steam room and anywhere she got him to be alone with her. She would get in Taylor's face, hide the fact that Taylor was alive, hide Taylor's pregnancy with Thomas and get up to every trick in the book to get Ridge away from Taylor. That's why she is now so worried about the amount of time that Ridge is spending with Taylor and his family. She knows that is where his heart is and she has absolutely no control of the situation.

I made that point to show how self serving brook is, that she would take from her own kids if she wanted something.. and she was the instigator with both those affairs, and only on a soap, would a mother get away with that..so if she can b that way with her own children, imagine how she treated ridges kids.. the fact she was practically begging ridge to go home and work on his marraige at the hospital, and tried to railroad Liam into telling steffy against the immediate family and doctors, and then barking orders at Liam that his job is done and to focus only on hope Beth now, when steffy just got her foot in the door at home, and basically telling him kelly comes second to his family with hope, says a lot about her, and the us vs them mentality she is displaying at a time like this.. the fact is, he has another child, and she needs him and is going to continue to need him at this time, and she iis only a baby, not old enough to cope with losing a man who treated her more like a father than her own.. it’s not about steffy, it’s about kelly, but brook doesn’t give a damn about kelly, the only thing she said about kelly was when hope explained he was there for kelly, brook said “oh that’s nice and sweet, to a point”.. really.. kelly was stuck with the nanny the whole time steffy was in hospital, because brook made hope to scared to leave the hospital in case Liam hooked up with steffy.. both hope and brook should have been home taking care of the kids, not causing trouble and adding more stress to steffy and her family , which is ALL brook and hope did.. if I was Taylor, and they kept doing what they were doing, I would have said, I am sorry but you have no place being here causing added stress, and if you would like to give some support, please take care of kelly and Hayes instead of causing more in needed stress.. come on Lynn, surely you cannot defend brook and hopes behaviour the whole time they were there..if my faves behaved that way, I would not defend them.. I would slap them around and say get a grip.. and you know I would..
DeleteAnd to add to that, brook did everything she possibly could to take ridge away from Taylor and his kids, especially when he was married to Taylor.. she stopped at nothing.. she disregarded his children their whole lives and wonders why steffy and Thomas have this us vs them mentality because brook was the one who started that mentality by her own actions.. and brook rubbed it in any chance she got.. and since bell senior passed away and his son took over, his son re wrote history.. and he turned it into the brook and ridge destiny crap.. ridge always wanted Taylor, when bell senior was alive, but once jr took over, it has back flipped.. if you watched the show from beggining to now you would have seen that.. so I am just speaking of what you have missed..

I think she gets off on taking such risks, and I think she also wanted to go there to see if steffy has remembered anything, cause she can’t hang around all the time like she did at the hospital , to keep an eye on her.. she always has more than one motive, and she didn’t put up much of a fight to see Hayes as she normally would.. she was fishing, but she couldn’t tell deacon or Taylor that.. now she has just shot herself in the foot.. she even told Taylor that she knew she would b turned away if she called first and steffy got warning.. so she is not worried about seeing Hayes at the moment, she is just trying to check the latest with steffy’s memory..

Taylor knows steffy won’t allow Sheila to see Hayes and she should not have let her in steffies house regardless.. if my mother did that, good intentions of not, I would b furious.. it was bad enough steffy had to put up with seeing her every time she opened her eyes at the hospital.. Sheila is there to find out if steffy got her memory back yet.. nothing to do with Hayes, or she would have pushed a lot harder to see him before giving up and leaving.. no one would suspect Sheila shot her own son, that’s not the point, it’s that she is well aware steffy would not let her in or see Hayes, but she came anyway..

DeleteI agree bfan.. but the big problem with this case , is that no one would suspect Sheila killed her own son, because the history is that she desperately wanted a relationship with him , so why would she shoot him.. no one else but Finn knew steffy had confronted her about what she did to brook, and he is supposedly dead, so there is no obvious motive.. only steffy, Finn and Thomas knew.. but Thomas didn’t know steffy knew.. so her hanging around the hospital would just appear as it did, her wanting to know who shot them.. but really her wanting to finish steffy off..
