So, now, when someone with a little IT knowledge discovers the video that you think you deleted, you are going to look like you are helping a wanted felon. Your parole officer is not going to be happy. Hope will also be disappointed.
I've been saying the same thing since yesterday. Deacon must not be too smart. First, he keeps calling Sheila, and today he deletes files from the computer. Other than the cloud, doesn't he know that the first things they check are phone records and computer databases. Sheesh! Even Sheila knows that Deacon should not be calling her. She was clearly the brains in that relationship!
Well he is calling her from a burner phone. So they can’t trace it if he paid cash for it. But deleting the security footage was lame…and yes, they can restore it and that will prove he intentionally deleted it. He’s not the sharpest tool in the shed. I hate that he’s beholden to evil Sheila. How did we get here??!!
how is Deacon who is just a employee at the bar able to have accsess to the security video of sheila and steffty on his laptop. to be able to see the video then delete it? unless he took the security video himself from where that video of steffy and sheila was taped and took it and got back to his place put it in his laptop and was able to watch it .
Not to mention the genius cops who just take his word for it, not only not asking what you're asking but accepting there's simply no footage on some laptop he's holding 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ that's all insulting to our intelligence...

I'm thinking the laptop belongs to the owner of the restaurant and Deacon took it down to his place so that he could call Sheila in private. Security videotapes are a thing of the past. Once the security surveillance app is installed on a laptop or computer, it works with WiFi. Matter of fact, the app can also be installed on your mobile phone allowing the user to access his/her camera feed at any time.
The restaurant does not look like a large establishment with a lot of employees, so any of the few employees should be able to access the footage.
Once they are able to retrieve the surveillance feed of Sheila and Steffy, Hope should be able to recognize Sheila's disguise as the woman who she saw at her father's apartment. She will then piece it together that Sheila had been with her dad all this time! Oh Deacon, what a tangled web you've weaved, all the while your daughter is trying to get her mom to give you another chance.
And speaking of Hope's mom, every time Hope brings up Brooke possibly reuniting with Deacon, Brooke gets this smile on her face. Compared to how appalled she was at Bill's proposition, could this possibly mean that Deacon might have a chance with Brooke? Hmm.
I see this smile as "cute idea but no"... There's no attraction to Deacon there, no chemistry whatsoever. Plus Brooke chooses high power men - Ridge, Nick, Bill (also because she's also a power woman). What would she do with an ex con (she thinks ex, wait till she sees what he is indeed)?
And how was she "appalled" by Bill's proposition? Yes she wouldn't consider it because she loves Ridge and has Katie in mind, but appalled... No.
Elle, Bill is an even bigger con than Deacon!! sorry Milla, I know you love him, but he is.. What can I say about Deacon, other stupid stupid man.. He should have just left the video on there and Sheila would have been none the wiser.. It would also show he is on their side.. They all got so suspicious of him.. Elle my "love" for Bill definitely subsided these past weeks 😂 so I agree he's awful, but exactly what you say makes Deacon way worse (in my eyes) - stupid beyond fixing. And we know his history - he's always been like that. D - I'm also biased because I know him from the very first days and he was a scum. Yes now he has his moments and I find them funny too (plus the actor is brilliant), but that doesn't change his unforgivable role in the Sheila debacle. To me at least.

Colly, I have to agree that Bill is much worse than Deacon. Most of Deacon's crimes are petty crimes. He's in and out of prison because he never stays in very long due to the minor crimes he has committed. If Bill were to go to prison, I'm pretty sure he would be facing a very long time in there with no possibility of parole given his arrogant and self-destructive nature. Deacon's worst crime is possibly his stupidity in continuing to do things that get him in the slammer. 😂😂
D, I love Deacon too. Always have! And I really liked when he and Brooke were together even though it was wrong. Just like Hope and Thomas, I felt that Deacon and Brooke had chemistry through the roof! Even though I was sad when things ended with them, I was also proud of him when he walked away from Brooke and Hope because he realized that he couldn't provide what they needed. That's why I supported him 100% when he returned a changed man this time around. Darn you, Sheila for taking him back to the dark side! 😂
Milla, regarding Deacon/Brooke/Bill, I did not mean that Brooke is attracted to Deacon now just that it could happen in the future since Brooke's general disposition toward Deacon is not as harsh as it is to Bill. I take that to mean that she would be more accepting of a relationship with Deacon than with Bill. Also, not saying that it is going to even happen given that Deacon harbored a presumably dead criminal/fugitive/prison escapee.
Also, recently during her exchange with Katie when Brooke found out that Bill propositioned both of them within minutes of each other, she did look rather appalled (possible even disgusted). In my opinion, at least.
That’s true Elle, she was when it came out he was propositioning every Logan sister. Just when he was talking only to her she was all "what about Katie?" And left. Seemed to me without the Katie factor he could have persuaded her. But I guess good that he didn't, even though waiting for Ridge to deign to come back and give her his divine attention is just as bad.
But I don't agree that Deacon "walked away from Brooke and Hope" - that sounds like they were a family and Brooke wanted that to stay that way. I have to rewatch what happened exactly, but I'm pretty sure he was never in the picture and she pushed him away because she saw an opportunity after Taylor "died" to be with Ridge. I am reading something now that she even "ran him out of town" 😅 but I'll say how it went after rewatching.

Colly twitch was an amazing dancer on Dancing with the Stars, then joined the Ellen show as her DJ. He was a beautiful talanted person. He and his wife just started a family, with 3 very young kids. It's a shock to his fans.
I felt so sad about him I watched all the seasons of so you think you can dance I know him since he first appeared in the show May god be with his family
