Please let this enlightenment last - at least until Hope and Steffy return with the cutlery. I've had Covid this week and seeing Brooke and Taylor finally stop letting Ridge treat them like idiots yesterday allowed me to take my first deep breath in days. Lungs fully expanded in relief of this long awaited reckoning.
It's so unsettling seeing Brooke and Taylor be all besties. And cake too! And nobody is throwing it at each other! 🍰 The only thing that could make it more bizarre would be if it was HT playing the role... 🙈 Until their daughters walked in, I was kinda hoping they would get drunk and start making out.

This time the cake is being eaten and not being worn as a fashion statement😂 I wish Hunter Tylo was there but since she can't get along Katherine in real life, its best to be played by someone else. Steffy & Hope didn't know what was hitting them when watching their mom's acting like teeny boppers! As for Bill we will see Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde come back to life.
Milla - what do you think Bill’s next move is gonna be?? Seems like he is teetering on disaster. He is sounding very desperate these days, which is completely out of character for $$$-Bill. He’s always had a HUGE ego!!
I know Lynn and I'm worried about him :/ I definitely think he will go for some sort of revenge to show who's the big man. What do you think? Your guesses are usually more accurate than mine 😅🤗

If Bill continues to pull at Katie’s heartstrings, and she’s really worried about him, she may feel the need to humor him and spend some time with him, which would upset Carter. Carter didn’t like that she was going over there. Katie is probably gonna feel torn. I think she’s a kind person. And then for sure a confrontation between the two men would happen.

I would hope so too Elle but Brooke made it very clear to him that Ridge was her true love and the only man for her. So Katie was available and his second choice. Or maybe??? as he said, he's a changed man. 😆
D, Elle, me too, but I can see it coming.. Katie would be absolutely mad to take him back again, especially after his latest less than 2 minute stunt.. If she does fall for it, after how many times he hurt her with Brooks, then as cold as this sounds, she deserves what she will get, for being so niave to think after what he just did that he will stay with her, if given the chance by Brooke, he won’t hesitate..
Katie clearly does not appreciate having Carter interested in her. It's like Carter, said, why go to see Bill if she already said that it's over between them. Katie using Will as an excuse sounded like her grasping at straws. She really did want to see Bill because deep down, she's still hoping that he could love and want only her. She's living in a dreamland and should look at her sister's situation with Ridge and Taylor and learn a lesson from it.

I did watch Laverne & Shirley but don't remember the cream soda and milk. I can see having it on ice cream but to drink it with milk doesn't sound as good. Wouldn't the milk curdle? I'll try it one day 🤢 .
I can’t believe it, but my eyes actually teared up at the end when they hugged! What an amazing way to end 2022, with Brooke & Taylor as friends! I am very skeptical it will last. But I hope it does! ❤️❤️❤️

I also liked it just seems so out of character that it's hard to believe plus like you said I can't see it lasting 🙈 although they have a common enemy now to fight - Sheila - so that may solidify their bond.
I really enjoyed these Taylor and Brooke scenes.. About time!! I think even the actresses enjoyed these scenes.. They have probably been dying to have a change from the triangle thing and the writers making them out like women who have no confidence and dignity.. Especially KKL, because she has had to be that woman since day one!! She is probably so happy that she can now portray herself as a strong confident independent woman, that doesn’t need a man by her side every second of the day!! Finally the writing team must now have a woman on the team!! But like Elle and Milla said, they do actually monitor the blogs and boards, so they may have finally listened to the fans!!

Even when Ridge ends up with SHANA f ex? They will both be jealous at Shana. That s for sure.
So this is not end of the story. This is a weard storyline right now without any connection to reality.
JESUSKRISTUS, That’s why I wish new men could come on the show. Both women need new fresh romances…so they can forget about old Ridge. At some point you just have to accept the fact that the relationship has run its course. I’m not suggesting they stay single forever. But just that they don’t go back to Ridge. The cycle can be broken. It’s hard, but it is possible.
This is temporary. They BOTH love Ridge. So eventually one of them will long for a man AND thats the moment of truth.. WHO could replace the "man in their life"? As soon as they need a man they will immediately compare "him" with Ridge or? RIdge is a womanizer . He will always fall for a woman and this will give Shana a chance to enter the scene, HOW will Brooke react then? Escpecially when Donna and eventually Katie both end up with the man of their dreams, Eric and Bill (It s just a matter of time when Katie and Bill will find their way together)!

I love this story line where these women are showing their daughters and of course Ridge that they just don`t need him to be happy. What an uplifting thing to see, as Lynn said, to see out 2022. I am concerned that it won`t last, but as long as Brooke moves on I will be happy. I did read recently that a new man comes into her life...yah!! Have a great weekend all.
I think it was great to see. Now all 3 of them (Brooke, Taylor, and Ridge) should move on and date other people. I'm worried Bill is going to snap when Katie tells him she doesn't want to get back with him. He might hold her hostage, or he will go after Carter.
