DeleteI suspect that once Quinn left the show, there was need for her bestie Shauna & her daughter, Flo. No explanation ever provided for her exit. I read that viewers were not that accepting of her character due to role in the kidnapping of baby Beth.

Liam is a dog, on the way to crazy town, but every word he said about Thomas is true. And again Hope's humiliation was so satisfying. BUT she was right saying that when she asked for forgiveness he didn't give it. And it was equally satisfying saying to his face that about "no eyes for other women". I now seriously have the feeling that Liam is losing his mind. Look at his words, his face, he's almost shaking and saying the same things to two women in real time...
Finn is so sweet with Luna. And so was Steffy.

Delete@Mmysh Soaps writers are strange, have you ever heard the story about Luke and Laura of General Hospital, where Luke actually raped Laura, but the writers made them into a "Super Couple" or how about on Days of Our Lives about Sammy Brady & EJ Demera, he too also raped her, and they too also got married. So, with Thomas and Hope, I think Bradley Bell is probably following the same pattern as these two soaps did in the past. As for Liam he is full of BALONEY! Such a two-faced guy, I hope he becomes an Old Loner Buffoon

DeleteI was very happy with the way Steffy handled things with Luna. She was kind and welcoming. I hope Steffy stays supportive of Luna, both for RJ’s sake as well as Finn’s. Since Luna is on the opening credits now, it seems like she’ll be sticking around for a while. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I think Brooke was out of line with Hope and especially Thomas. I continue to be disgusted with that relationship between Thomas and Hope, but Brooke needs to let it go. However, BIG MISTAKE asking your mom to bring you candles, Hope!!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Liam you are spiraling out of control and don’t even seem to know which end is up these days!! You are just throwing out lines hoping you get a bite! Although, I didn’t take Liam’s admitting he still loves Hope as an admission he wants her back. I took it as another manipulation to get Hope to stop spending time with Thomas. I can’t stand Liam anymore!!
Lynn I agree that Liam is just trying to manipulate Hope to keep her away from Thomas. He did that at Beth’s party. He gave her hope then castigated her and said he couldn’t ever forgive her. I cannot stick Liam. He’s a slime top to bottom! Hope is well shot of him!
DeleteSteffy was very gracious and kind to Luna. I can see her taking her under her wing and defending her against Li! I liked the dynamic between Steffy, Finn, Luna and RJ.
Brooke definitely crossed a line. She’s just pushing them together and sorry but folk who live in glass houses and all that.
I have to say that overall Brooke has been very supportive of Ridge and his children regarding the whole Eric situation. Especially given her loathing of Thomas she’s was kind about his grandfather when they were all at the office together. However I don’t like her using it as a tactic later when she was having a go at him.
I’m proud of Hope standing up to Brooke at least she’s finally thinking for herself. She needs to show Liam the door and tell him to stay out. And file the damn divorce papers already!

i dont agree with saying that you couldn't be with someone that has taken your child. he DIDNT take beth it was flo thomas just accidentally found out and didn't say anything .never understood how it all became his fault. what would you do in that situation.plus since then hope has seen and helped and seen the many changes in thomas so it would make sense they have gotten close. she fought her feelings before paris. and if steffy came to liam tomorrow and said she wanted to be with him well that would be the love of his life at the moment and by hope once again. and liam was naive to think for a moment that things hadn't went further with thomas. i don't know i think that thomas really truly loves hope.and it makes hope a better and fun character for sure with liam she is quite boring

It became his fault when he threatened everyone who knew and wanted to tell, including his son, chased a woman to her death and nearly killed Liam on the roof trying to take Hope on a helicopter not to be with her baby and him. Nobody was as violent as Thomas when it came to the Beth story. Everyone else had remorse, everyone tried to tell the truth and did tell the truth and only Thomas was ready to kill to keep it.

Lynn you're right that Brooke was out of line. I have the feeling they keep showing her not because she can influence Thomas to end it, but to foreshadow that something bad is indeed going to happen like she says. Every time Brooke is determined about some issue, she turns out to be right (damn writers love their Logan yadayadayada). She was also worried about him around his biggest hits in the past.

Liam's behavior reminds me of something, Let me start by writing that this whole "crazy love" that Liam claims to have for Steffy seems so unbelievable and forced that it makes me cringe. I'm sorry, but if Liam would love Steffy that much he would definitely be with her after Hope annulled their marriage and married Thomas.
Sure he would be sad for a while, but hey The woman he never stopped loving was there right in front of him and he would definitely use the opportunity to reunite with her and give Kelly their family back. Heck,
he would do it even if he loved Steffy and Hope the same.
Steffy offered herself to Liam for months and he slept on the couch (apart from the night he was drugged). We all saw him wanting Hope, which until this day, remains the only woman he called the love of his life. Later Hope left him again for the staged kiss and Liam lived with Steffy for like 3 months without ever committing to her.
He kept all his time wanting only Hope
It was so bad that even Steffy realized that she has to tell Liam the truth because he doesn't want her and she's wasting her time lying. And even steffy said it “its always been hope“
All of a sudden we have to believe that Liam was trying so hard to hide his love for Steffy? There were so many occasions when he was free to express it,
What it reminds me of? Of the time when Ridge left Brooke over a stupid text. Brooke felt lost and lonely to the point she declared that Bill is the great love of her life. It was equally forced as this current leffy grand love story nonsense. Liam acts like a different person. He is desperately trying to fill a void and numb his pain, just like Brooke tried to numb her pain when Ridge left Even by pretending that it was Bill all along... Which of course wasn't true and it's painfully obvious today.
Its so sad how Liam’s character is totally ruined
They should have let him like travel or something and let steffy happy with finn
But they can’t be creative and give a better storyline instead of ruin his character like hope’s
Soooo on point Mmysh, the astonishing lack of any relation to what has been going on for years is another reason I think Liam is not himself right now. What you said about their recent history and all the chances Liam had to be with Steffy and stay with that family... And he was all about Hope. Months and months he was separated from Hope and with Steffy and the two babies even. So you said it perfectly - are we supposed to believe he was HIDING his love for Steffy all this time? Hardly.

Also, I cannot recall anyone on this blog saying that Taylor is the love of Ridge's life. I also don't recall anyone saying that Brooke is not the love of Ridge's life. What I have seen is people stating that Ridge also had a great love for Taylor which a lot of people seem to forget and which the show is trying to erase. What I've also seen said is that Ridge and Brooke have a very toxic relationship and they should just move on with different people since they cannot seem to be able to stay committed to each other. However, I've not seen anyone deny that Ridge loves Brooke, just that he's stupid for doing so. 😂😂

And please leave Thomas alone. You're interrupting too much in my opinion. And then Liam. Why did Hope let him in? It's not Liams business at all! Everyone makes Hope feeling bad. She all the time does everything wrong. No one is satisfied at her. Poor Hope who only wants to be an only woman for a man. Liam should only blame on himself. He drove Hope to Thomasis arms. But how long does Hope the power to continue that "relationship" when no one accepts that. It's emotionally hard for her to hear that Hey that's very wrong what you're doing. We'll see.. Thomas hopes that Hope will fall in love with him. But Hope wants someone to boost her ego by telling how amazing she is. She gets the self confidence. And feels so much passion. DeleteHope is a woman who is finally able to make a stand for herself. She doesn't have to answer to anybody, she is a free agent. Ask Liam where are the divorce papers. If he won't file them then she should. I hope Thomas walks in and punches Liam's lights out. Women have been through far worse with their abuser and made things work as a couple. Why can't it happen here? If anything Liam is an abuser too but it's ok for Hope to once again run back to him?
aussie deb yep u are 100 percent correct. my sisters husband was an abuser he beat her ,they were driving down the road one day and out of the blue he just socked her in the nose and broke it and 5 years later they are married have kids and no problems. it is possible
DeleteThere's a true story about a man who killed a little boy. The boy's mother not only forgave him, but also adopted the same one who killed her own son. She took him in as her son and loved him as if he were her own son. It had such a profound effect on the man that his victim's mother would not just forgive him, but adopt him. Things like this happen in the world so Hope wanting to be with Thomas - even falling in love with him - is not unrealistic by any stretch of the imagination.
DeleteWhy did Liam even show up at the cabin? Hope asked him why he was there and all he could do was fabricate some excuse about Beth's sleeping bag. Hope had to tell him that he can collect the sleeping bag when he comes to pick up Beth.
DeleteNow that I've rewatched the scene, I have a feeling that Liam probably came to see if he could get back with Hope now that Steffy has rejected him. That's why he was so upset when he realized that she had moved on with Thomas. Maybe he thought she would be sitting at home mourning the loss of her husband. Liam's not only a little puke, but a douche as well!
If Liam is on something or suffering some meltdown or anything else is going on with him, you may be right Elle. But I don't think they will go in the direction of him trying with Hope so soon. He is on to Steffy now and until that story reaches it's peak, I think he'll stay on.

Thank you BBfan ♥️ I enjoy my life though it sometimes is hard. Also my arthritis has become bad in hands, but not having them shaking like Eric's. Here are wonderful people and I like being here 😀 I was in town with my friend and she took me to a cafe with a wheelchair.

I like how Thomas is acting now. I don't know how long does it last. But of course I hope it stays that way. I've seen people change in real life. Now we have Liam whose turn is acting very strange. Hopefully he doesn't say that he wants Hope back.. because he just said that to Steffy. He just can't be alone. It's terrifying him being lonely at home. But I think he lives with Bill and doesn't have to be alone 🤔

DeleteMmysh, as a parent, Brooke can be concerned but not to the point of going to Thomas to talk to him about Hope. The nerve of her. Hope is past 30! Brooke can give her advice, yes, but she should not be going around butting her nose into what Thomas is doing. Leave that to Taylor because even Ridge has said that they are grown and can do as they please. Brooke just needs to stop.
And I loved that Thomas called her out on her admissions of seeing the changes Thomas is making and his commitment to those changes yet, she turns around and acts like he is the same man from years ago when he made messed up choices. I think Thomas can continue to grow and change and become a world-class designer, even running Forrester Creations some day and be in a happy and fulfilled marriage with Hope and their kids, and Brooke and Liam will still only see what he did so many years ago. DeleteThey all should leave Hope and Thomas making their own decisions. They won't stop having sex. Hope has always done what the others wants her to do. So it's good that she finally is independent and does what she wants to do. She never gets any self confidence when she always is under control. Thomas has now been so kind and caring man to her. We don't know about the future.. But it could be possibile that everything is going to be fine. They all have done so stupid things. Bill pushed Ridge out of helicopter and so on. Even Sheila has been very nice this autumn and I like seeing her like that. But I'm sure that won't last long.
DeleteMaybe I'm mistaken, but did Taylor, or Steffy for that matter, tell Hope that she should not go over to Thomas' place for dinner or try to interfere in plans that Hope and Thomas made? No, they didn't. Brooke is not just telling Hope that she does not approve, she is going out of her way to put a stop to it by going to Thomas and demanding that he not have dinner with Hope and to forget about her daughter. I haven't seen Taylor or Steffy get so involved.

Brooke did not say that Thomas is not allowed to go have dinner with Hope. She’s not his kindergarten teacher to make such demands. She was trying to get him to realize what they are doing and what’s at stake. Same as Taylor and Steffy. And like Mmysh pointed out, they used different words but still the interfering is there. Which btw I support. If any of them was my kid and had done or suffered what they have, and especially if I’m supposed to be a shrink, I’d not be able to brush it off as "they are adults".

After a few minutes the other person usually gives up. I call it passive-sarcastic. It's very effective, but would not make for very good tv.

DeleteMilla, that statement by Thomas was made in relation to Hope and Liam's marriage since, while they were married, Liam felt that Thomas was a threat and decided to issue a warning to him. Thomas promised that he was not going to interfere in their marriage even if she threw herself at him. And he stood by that. How many times did we see her subtlely making a move on him (like the "you get me" scene) and Thomas just walked away. Even after Thomas overheard her saying all those negative things about him to Brooke, and she apologized for it and told him (while holding his hands and looking into his eyes) that she believes that he is changed and not the same person he used to be, Thomas believed her and told her it was no big deal and did not try to take advantage of the situation, even though he could have. Thomas only got involved with Hope AFTER Liam told her that he wanted a divorce.

DeleteI really like when Steffy shows a vulnerable and more open side of her character. Not every situation has to be an arena to prove how strong and right she is. Of course, the occasion with Eric is not something I wish on her to to make her like that. But she's also had other such moments.
