I couldn’t feel any joy in my first birthday that came after my father passed
He used to write to me at 12:00 the minute my birthday started
And the first one on FB since i travel most of the time due to work
That day i was waiting for him to write me a post
It was really heartbreaking
But the good thing i still can see his previous posts
And i still write on his page
And to do good by his memory
You should try that im sure you have a lot of activities you used to do with him
Celebrate him being happy in heaven looking over you
Where is no pain and suffering
Keep him close to your heart as your north star
May god bless their souls yours and mine
I know its hard to imagine a world where our fathers don’t exist anymore
But they left us a family to hold on to
And a good memories to make us smile when we are down

Thank you Mmysh, fortunately I still have both of my parents and I never take a moment of each day I get to have them in my life for granted.. I absolutely dread the day I have to say good bye.. I feel your and Elizabeth’s pain.. I can’t imagine what you both are going through.. bless both you and your mothers still here and fathers in heaven.. ❤️

So boring!! If this thanks giving show should have been about anyone, it should have been about Eric, considering it will be his last thanks giving on the show.. Just like the 35 year anniversary show, it’s was all about Brooke..?? I get she is an important character, and i am not discrediting that, however there are other characters on the show.. Eric is about to leave and retire, this thanks giving should have been about him, since he is an original, and the most integral character to FC and the show!! Hopefully this is not it for a thanksgiving show??

And it was hard to enjoy our Thanksgiving. The war in Gaza started that week and have a friend who's parents were, and still are stuck there. Hard to celebrate our thanksgiving when so many countries just want peace but...

DeleteI agree, this wasn’t a great idea for the Thanksgiving episode. But it was a sweet tribute to Ridge’s & Brooke’s love story. At least Ridge is giving Brooke the love and attention she deserves. There for a while (a long while) I was so disgusted with waffle man. But it seems his heart belongs to Brooke. I hope that never changes again.

Eric wasn’t leaving the show back then and the entire show wasn’t Steffy. This was 100% Brooke. I miss the old ones when they had the family dinners and said what they are thankful for etc

DeleteI I like how they forget all the cheating, lying, divorces etc. All the Brooke weddings to other men, Ridge with other women lol. The blurring out Ron Moss was hilarious and the photo shopped photos in the Bridge album

DeleteBrooke and Ridge are the longest running love story on the show and it seems very reasonable they would have a tribute episode. Not sure why it needed to be on Thanksgiving, but it was still a very nice celebration of their love.

We are all welcome to our opinions.๐๐ป But Ridge and Brooke think it’s a wonderful love story. And many fans agree!! Although I’m still not a big Ridge fan, Brooke seems very happy. ReplyDeleteFAIRMAN: Liam seems to be reeling from seeing just how serious Thomas and Hope appear to be with each other at this point. Is Hope moving forward with Thomas in her mind as a “relationship” or does she see this more as an “a๏ฌair” for her?
ANNIKA: At this point, she can acknowledge that she has feelings for Thomas and she wants to be with him. However, given his significance in her life (an integral part of ‘Hope for the Future’ as well as Douglas’ father) I think she wants to be extremely careful. She has been burned by love and is hesitant to jump in again. She needs to take things slow and thus far, Thomas has respected that.
What was that? Hope has FEELINGS for Thomas and WANTS TO BE WITH HIM? So it's not just sex after all, huh? Hmm, interesting.
Just adding this part as I saw someone say (not sure it's here) that Annika is not pleased or does not look like she is enjoying this storyline.....
FAIRMAN: You carried a very heavy load in the storyline over recent months: from when Thomas and Hope kissed in Rome, to the fallout, to her divorcing Liam, to her feeling more self-assured and independent. What were the more challenging beats of the storyline for you?
ANNIKA: Honestly? This has been a joy. After the heavy “Baby Beth” storyline throughout most of 2019, I have so enjoyed this story arc. From being able to travel to Rome for the first time with the cast and crew, playing beats of strength, laughter, and love as well as the heavier moments, it has been a story I have embraced and given my all.

Elle, you crack me up. Well of course Hope has some feelings for Thomas. She admitted that to Liam when they fought about the kiss in Rome months ago. And she wouldn’t be having an intimate relationship with him if feelings weren’t involved to some degree or other. I think the ones of us who don’t like Thope are saying that Hope isn’t in love with Thomas. There has been no mention of her being in love. Even you agreed she has not fallen in love with him. So what you posted here doesn’t seem to be new news to anyone.
ReplyDeleteWhat I noticed though is that you didn’t comment on the Emma car crash video that Mmysh posted on Monday’s episode. Why so quiet about that??? Did you not like what you saw?? Lol.
She wasn’t texting when she crashed. She absolutely knew it was Thomas chasing her. And yes, the blinding lights on the dark windy road as Thomas chased her caused her to crash. Thomas caused Emma’s death. If Thomas wasn’t chasing her, Emma wouldn’t have crashed.
Saying over and over that Hope is just using Thomas for sex and that Thomas only gets her going when he utters the magical words "you are the only one" sends a strong message that you do not believe that she has feelings for him.
DeleteMatter of fact, this is the first time I've heard you actually admit that she has feelings for Thomas. Well, an admission of sorts.
Regarding the video that Mmysh posted, I did not look at it because I've already seen it. There is no need for me to look at it again. I also stated that I was done with discussing the topic. You have your opinon and I have mine. Similarly, your interpretation of the video is different to mine. I stand by what I've always said regarding the matter.
Elle, we argued for weeks about what the term “having feelings” meant. I can’t believe you don’t remember that. The non-Thope fans kept saying that having feelings and being in love are not the same. And it seems we are still having that discussion.
DeleteAnd clearly you don’t remember the Emma scene. You stated time and time again that she was texting when she crashed, but she wasn’t. So therefore Thomas caused her to crash. You already said you would never find fault in Thomas. So you can’t be objective. But we saw with our own eyes (by rewatching the video) she wasn’t texting.
Lynn thank you. I think we agreed about the feelings way back even before Rome or around it. But she's not in it with her whole heart. She still has moments where she cringes, is reluctant or obviously uncomfortable with Thomas' pace and intensity. She didn't even admit to saying it, didn't address it, didn't build on it. It was Thomas who's already riding the "you're in love with me" coo coo train. I can't wait for the fallout. She will wake up sooner or later. It would be especially fantastic if they even get to a wedding and it blows up like a Tridge wedding ๐ ๐ด

Lynn, just to clear the air, I do not recall saying that Emma was texting. I remember saying that she was fiddling with her phone and that she was not paying attention to the road. I must have said that she was trying to text Hope, not actually texting.
ReplyDeleteShe wasn’t doing either when she crashed, Elle. She was blinded by the car lights as Thomas came barreling up behind her. She muttered something, lost control and went off the side of the road. No phone in hand at all. And both hands on steering wheel. That’s why I think you should watch the video.
DeleteTake win, Lynn. Emma wasn't doing anything with her phone. She left FC, jumped into her car and proceeded to drive to Hope's with her eyes on the road at all times. She was being very attentive to the road when suddenly, Thomas came up behind her flashing his bright lights because he wanted to blind her into running off the road so that she will die, ergo not being able to tell Hope the truth.
DeleteI still did not look at the video since, at this point, I think people just want me to admit that Thomas killed Emma. So, there you have it. Have fun!
