Emmm in my 20’s we had BBC 1&2/BBC Scotland, ITV, Channel 4 and eventually Channel 5! We had Neighbours and Home and Away from OZ, Corrie and East Enders, Emmerdale Farm etc in the evenings and B&B /Y&R from America. Ahhh the bad old days lol.
Those were the GOOD bad old days. Tv was TV with clever writing. Corrie and East Enders were a staple in many households. Also later Mrs. Brown's Boys episodes, and Xmas specials were a good laugh.

@Elle they had some very nice moments and great chemistry. Deacon should wake up that he'll never be a real choice for Brooke (not saying it's fair) and move away from unavailable and psycho to someone good, kind like Taylor. He did admit he could not stop thinking about her after that one conversation. The doc had a real effect on him. It's another question if HE would ever be a real choice for her considering how she only loves Ridge :/ hope they change that.
It's the same with Brooke, Milla. She only loves Ridge and cannot give up on Ridge. Similarly, Deacon only loves Brooke and cannot give up on her. I can see him moving on from her but only because he has to out of respect for her decision. Just like he turned his heels on Sheila and was at Brooke's door in a flash when he heard she was single again, what makes you think he won't do the same if he gets involved with Taylor and Brooke decides she wants him after all?
Yes, Sean and Krista have good chemistry between them (I think Sean Kanan has good chemistry with anyone - he's just that good of an actor) but Deacon's heart will always belong with Brooke and for Taylor, as I said before, that will not be a good trade off from Ridge.

Deacon should wake up that he'll never be a real choice for Brooke (not saying it's fair) and move away from unavailable and psycho to someone good, kind like Taylor. He did admit he could not stop thinking about her after that one conversation. The doc had a real effect on him.

It's the same with Brooke, Milla. She only loves Ridge and cannot give up on Ridge. Similarly, Deacon only loves Brooke and cannot give up on her. I can see him moving on from her but only because he has to out of respect for her decision. Just like he turned his heels on Sheila and was at Brooke's door in a flash when he heard she was single again, what makes you think he won't do the same if he gets involved with Taylor and Brooke decides she wants him after all?
DeleteYes, Sean and Krista have good chemistry between them (I think Sean Kanan has good chemistry with anyone - he's just that good of an actor) but Deacon's heart will always belong with Brooke and for Taylor, as I said before, that will not be a good trade off from Ridge.

Yes ridge does find out the truth and he Dosnt want anything to do with Thomas anymore and I’m glad can’t wait to see it when it happens

DeleteAlot gets cut out when coming back from a ad...I kno its hard tho...been watching this show since the early 80s..Brook has always been the user(slut) from the valley... I personally love tht the writers put Ridge and Taylor back together...evn if it's not for long. I have always loved them together. Taylor has always had class... Even when she shot bill hahaha..... I cannot stand that character and I didn't like Him on the young and the restless either.... It's interesting to sit back and read the Comment... Some people are hilarious..... I was a teenager when I started watching these.... It's crazy to see some of the same exact characters still there..

Personally, t absolutely thinks she needs to cut her losses. She had 2 totally HOT men tell her they want her!! Both are completely ready to commit to her….but all she can do is stay loyal to the one who walked out on her. Ugh.

DeleteI also give her props for that and I hope we see her in active, investigative mode immediately. Enough crying. Thomas secret must be revealed finally. It will take a while before someone even balls up and tells her the reason and that there is a recording and only from then on she starts investigating. Or Donna or someone else.

@Lynn It's unfortunate that Brooke is only committed to Ridge when she has lost him. Now if she can be committed to him when they are together, maybe their relationship can finally work out and their destiny realized.

I did see some of the first couple years the show was on. But only caught an episode here and there when I was home to watch. I’m sure I missed a ton of good history.
