ReplyDeleteWhen Brooke and Ridge kiss is there any chance their dentures might lock up like young people's retainers? Touch touch feel feel force that romance because your life depends on it. Must fight being single for one minute. (That's for losers who don't know how to fool people.) Hope has a short memory when it comes to people inflicting their opinions, she should have learned since Brooke took it upon herself to quash the Thomas romance. So give her a hemmorage and try out Finn. Figure Steffy is probably having one night stands over in Europe. She'll come home pregnant with a baby that cries with a French accent.

Brooke is sucking in air to hold until she can unleash it on Deacon. She'll pretend it's all about Sheila but Brooke will be mad, How dare Deacon NOT pine away for her, (Brooke) Deacon is supposed to be in Brooke's back pocket to use when needed. That darn Sheila takes all my stuff!

I really hope we get to know soon what's "Aunt Li's" problem. Seems like Luna doesn't know.
I think Luna does know but is purposely keeping it from RJ. She is putting all the blame on Li right now but I think there is more that she is not saying. When her mom called, her mom was specific when she asked Luna "what would Finn think?" I still believe this has something to do with Finn. Why would she go to LA behind her mother's back if her mother's only concern is "big bad Aunt Li?"

DeleteLate getting home was watching doing other stuff but at the end when Hope told Brooke and Ridge..Brooke looked shocked but I missed the angry Ridge? I'll have to sit down and watch again. And parts where Sheila and Deacon were talking? Sheila looked skeptical about Deacon.
DeleteLadies, in some Asian cultures, the children have to excel into something great to make the family proud.. If they fail, then they have “shamed” the family.. Judging by the conversation with Li and Luna, Luna’s mother has shamed the family by amounting to nothing great and then screwing up an opportunity Li gave her.. Generally if a child has shamed the family, then they are completely shunned and disowned from the family, and sadly, that includes any children they have, eg: Luna.. Because Luna’s mother had an affair with, and ruined the reputation of one of Li’s colleagues, after being given an opportunity by Li, and Li’s reaction to Luna’s comment about following RJ on Instagram, Li gave the impression that she thinks Luna is stalking and gold digging and using family connections to get ahead.. It could be as simple as that, but I too somehow think there is more to it??

Delusional doesn’t even come close.. “at least we know our kids love us” 🤣🤣🤣🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Brookes chin dropped so low I could have shoved a pregnant salmon in her mouth!! The look on Deacons face when Sheila said Brooke will come knocking, it’s like he didn’t stop to think of that!! And Brooke knowing, = Ridge knowing.. Ridge told deacon if he finds out he is harbouring Sheila, so all hell will break loose!! Especially if they find out Deacon used his connection with the judge to get Sheila out!! Now that will be worth watching!! I think deacon is starting to realise the implications of all of this.. he is going to regret it, that’s for sure!!
it's so ironic....Hope tells Finn that her Father is inlove with a complete psychopath when Thomas was once a psychopath and she forgave him because he has completely changed... why can't the same be for Sheila
DeleteTyrel I rarely see on this show anyone judging their own actions with the same weight and on the same points as they judge others. There are differences between Sheila and Thomas especially in the way that he is rehabilitating (plus Sheila has terrorized two cities for decades, long before Thomas was even born), but in Hope‘s world he is the one to have hurt her the most (meaning in actual criminal and cruel ways, not by waffling, very different things that some people here want to make equal, but unsuccessfully) and to have wasted x number of chances she has given him. She has said about 10 times that she will never have anything to do with him and still her good trusting heart leads her on the next time. But she won’t see it this way, at least not until the next time Thomas shows his other side.

Thomas was not a psychopath. This storyline could also have Hope do some deep soul-searching as to how she really feels about Thomas and it might even lead to her opening her heart to him. I did not miss that look on her face when her dad said that people can change and deserve to be loved (or something along those lines).
DeleteColly, I don't think B&B would bother to do that kind of research about Asian culture or take it that seriously for the sake of a storyline.
Maybe Luna is a stalker who has stalked the Forresters online and had to have psychiatric help for her issues. Finn, being a doctor, might have been involved during that time in trying to support her recovery and maybe, this is why there is a concern about Finn knowing. It could even be why Li accused her of finding out that Finn married a Forrester and so, decided to come to LA. Luna seems really starstruck with it all. RJ is a big-time influencer who Luna also raved about following.

DeleteLadies, Deacon is in love with Sheila. He has been for a long time. He deeply cared about her when Ridge and Bill blackmailed him into helping them with the plan to make her confess. He was feeling horrible after the sting operation and he visited her multiple times in prison. And he proceeded to call in a favor with the judge to get her cleared of all charges. Why would he do all that….try to get her off (based on a technicality) unless he truly loved her?? Plus he’s risked his relationship with his daughter, his reputation, etc.. Unfortunately, he is in love with the psychopath. He believes in her and can relate to her. You can just tell by the way he acts that he truly loves her. As much as you want Deacon to be redeemed in all this, it just isn’t gonna happen…..unless she starts showing her true colors again, and Deacon ends up turning on her in the future. But currently he is wanting to marry her. His feelings are legitimate. It’s definitely gross. But not surprising given some of the other ridiculousness we are supposed to believe on this show.

DeleteWe can all hope, Milla. I wish they would just kill her off once and for all. The “daddy” thing makes me cringe every time she says it. She’ll be back to her old tricks before too long. Then hopefully Deacon finally sees the light.

DeleteColly agree. Lauren’s son is Fen Baldwin as in Fenmore, he is her son with. Michael Baldwin and is in his early 20’s (they SORAS’d him). Finn is John Finnegan son of Sheila and Jack Finnegan and in his mid 30’s. Lauren and Jack have never crossed paths either.
Jack would have been around when Finn was born and Sheila was nowhere near Genoa City at that time. She was in LA. Lauren’s son Fen was born in 2006 so wayyyyy too young to be Dr Finn!

ReplyDeleteSo how old would Finn and Steffy be on soap land? My guess is, they would be around my age 35, Finn maybe a year older or so. If the writers have Luna to be Finn's daughter, it's silly and border line crazy. Luna looks like she's in her early 20's, I can't imagine having that big of a daughter. Also having the Aunty and Nephew doing the nasty is just gross!!!
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that Luna is probably Finn's half-sister, Jack being the dad to both. Li's sister may have had relations with her bro-in-law back in the day, we all know he can't keep it in, even did the deed with Sheila (Ewww).
I think, Li just wants to cut relations with her sister and 'niece' and wants Finn to stay away as well so he doesn't find out the 'truth'.
Well just my thought, let's see what the writers have in store for us.
Well li was saying to Luna that li sister had an affair with an intern at the hospital , my guess was that could’ve been finn , have to wait and see I guess
ReplyDeleteIt's mathematically very unlikely that Finn has fathered Luna. He can't have been already a doctor in his late teens. Plus he'd know that lady is his aunt and not sleep with her (I would hope!). Li also said "a doctor" whose reputation was damaged afterwards, so that maybe excludes Jack too, why would she say "a doctor" when it's her husband. Although common sense often goes out the window in soap land so it could be literally anyone, no matter how unrealistic.

DeleteThey didn’t say the dr in the affair was Luna’s father. It sounds like it was a more recent happening, not something in the distant past. We know nothing about Luna’s father.

Li said she gave her sister another chance and she had a fling with a dr at her work. She asked if Luna remembered the job etc so clearly it happened AFTER Luna was born.
DeleteI watched the conversation again and Li didn’t say that. She didn’t ask if Luna remembered the job. She told the story herself. She also said clearly „one of my colleagues“. She wouldn’t refer to her son that way. Also Luna said that she doesn’t understand why Li is so hard on her.
