How she doesn't see everything she is saying is exactly what they are saying to her about Thomas. Using her relationship with her father is a low blow, to get her way. When Liam took off from Forrester it was like something just popped into his head.. I think he knew Finn hasn’t told Steffy about Deacon and Sheila, and that’s why he took off in such a rush.. he went there to find out in the hopes he hadn’t so he could do what he did.. then to do it while he was in Finns office, it was like a dog pissing on a tree to mark his authority and ground.. I hope on Monday, we see Finn come back to his office for something, and over hear Liam and he punches him in the head!! Liam is turning into his father!! What a dog he is!! What a low act!!

I know Mmysh. I still believe that Thope's days are counted because ore things will happen to get her to wake up. But have you ever or at least recently seen someone point out someone else's hypocrisy or at least (if we give Hope the benefit of the doubt) their blindness to how they are in the same situation? Especially Deacon he adores Hope and wouldn't do it (especially if he has something else in the works; I believe Lauren Fenmore's appearance won't be a coincidence; what if he got his restaurant money from her back then in exchange for some deal with Sheila? 😀 or with Ridge/Bill). Brooke only hinted at the similarity and Hope doesn't want to face it at all.

Stephanie, Ridge, Taylor, baby Thomas, Brooke, Maggie, Amber, Quinn, Steffy and Finn, not to mentionned the one she actually killed and the one she wanted to kill on the young and the restless : Lauren Fenmore, her own mother Molly, Phillys and certainlly a few others I forgot, plus, kidnapping babies, taking someone else appearance with plastic sugery (LOL those surgeons are so good in sopaland!!) so NO, Sheila is not someone that could change or be trust or have a Zillionth chance

DeleteNobody is defending Sheila or forgotten what she's done. I believe that Deacon is quite fond of her. It's definitely not the same situation as with Bill who hated every second of being with her and counted the seconds to end the FBI mission. Deacon's feelings are real. But there's more to the story, something behind the scenes that will come out soon.

Thomas handled that situation very maturely, I must say.. What a manipulator Liam is.. He thinks if he can get Ridge, Thomas and next will b Taylor, who will b the hardest one for him to work on, against Finn, then he thinks he stands a better chance at getting her back.. He already thinks Ridge is on his side, but Taylor won’t have it.. She already said to both Ridge and Steffy, that Finn treats treat Steffy much better than Liam ever did.. I think Ridge is thinking, that if Steffy goes back with Liam, he won’t have to worry about the monster in law Sheila anymore, but he forgets Finn has a son with his daughter that Sheila also wants a relationship with.. so being with Liam won’t change a thing.. If anything, Steffy would be safer with Finn, cause if she left Finn and went back to Liam, Sheila will think it doesn’t matter what happens to Steffy then, and even use hurting her because she hurt Finn as an excuse, in her sick mind.. Li calls Sheila bitter, but Li is more bitter than Sheila is. She treats Luna terrible because of what her sister did. If Li is so worried about her reputation, it looks like she would not be acting so childish is a very public space. If she is such a prominent doctor like she claims to be, the press would have field day if they witnessed what she did at a busy restaurant. Sheila should have Li charged with assault and battery and let the press destroy her. Deacon should ban her from his restaurant. Instead he is all about Kelly who is thousands of miles away. Hope finally gave her reasons why she cannot love another man atm. Liam walked away from a *pregnant* Steffy because of what she did with Bill. She was begging, she was repenting, she was in her bed crying, she had an accident and all this alone. Even for me that was too much and I dislike her. That situation is hardly a statement for his *forgiveness*, commitment or love.

DeleteBut Mmysh's comment about history jumped out at me because Liam himself is debunking whatever history is supposed to prove he loved Hope more. His actions now are basically proving that whatever he felt for Hope in the past never compared to what he feels for Steffy. Even Hope has come to that realization.
And as much as I don't want to see Liam back with Steffy, if the show is heading in the direction of making Liam and Steffy the "destiny" couple like Ridge and Brooke, then the history of Liam and Hope's love doesn't have a leg to stand on since it is now being erased by everything that both Liam and Hope are doing/saying. And I'm not saying this as pro-Steam or anti-Lope, but simply observing what is happening without any bias.
And Colly, yes, Liam forgiving Steffy for sleeping with Bill but unable to forgive Hope for a kiss with Thomas certainly does not show that he loves Hope more. Matter of fact, when he thought she kissed Thomas during mannequin-gate, he also ran straight to Steffy. It's like all this time, he has just been waiting for Hope to mess up so that he'd have an excuse to leave his marriage.

DeleteMy dearest Col, I wanted to bring that up but decided not to. Because it was just very recently that it was said that we are "clinging to the past" in regards to Ridge and Taylor. Yet, Liam ignoring Steffy throughout her whole pregnancy is being brought up.
DeleteThe fact is that Liam has been back and forth between these 2 women for ages. Now, he is saying without a doubt that it has always been Steffy. That he made the biggest mistake of his life leaving her, and that he wants her back. We also have Hope saying that she always had to compete for Liam's heart and that the family she thought she had with Liam was never hers to begin with, that Liam was never fully committed to her. Seems to me that they are trying to erase whatever love was between Liam and Hope, just like they erased all that Ridge and Taylor shared. This is why I suggested that they are probably looking to make Liam and Steffy the destiny couple just like Ridge and Brooke are the destiny couple.
It was not my intention to get into a debate about who Liam loved more. I was simply stating my observations.
For the sake of the baby is the ONLY reason Liam was with Hope! Trap baby Beth was why he went to Hope after she and Brooke demanded over and over he walk away from his newborn daughter Kelly and his fiancée Steffy that he was tricked into divorcing by his own father!!! Steffy got fed up because Liam was too weak to stand up to Brooke and Hope’s pressure tactics to give Hope a perfect pregnancy ( so hypocritical after they made Steffy’s whole pregnancy with Kelly a living hell, telling her how worthless she was and that she didn’t deserve Liam and Hope throwing her self at a married man 24/7) . Steffy chose NOT to put her daughter and herself through anymore waffling and pain because of Liam being so weak.

DeleteI like Shelia as an actress, very good and much more believable even in her crazy times than Li ever could in her best moments. But , everyone needs to remember long ago, Steffy and her name sake Stephanie pulled some major things that if it had worked out, they both would have been jailed. Not taking up for Sheila, but she could have always thrown it back up to Steffy about her shooting her once but she didn't press charges. And Taylor shot Bill trying to kill him, so how is it that the Forester's feel like they're so highly moral?
ReplyDeleteWhat I'm questioning is why is everyone not seeing or have seemingly forgotten that Sheila is an evil, diabolical, murderous, sociopathic monster? There is nothing that anyone has done on this show that can compare to the years and years of havoc that Sheila has wreaked on most everyone in both B&B and Y&R. Why do people think that Sheila is less of a menace than Steffy, Taylor, Stephanie or Thomas?
DeleteYes, Elle , I am wondering exactly the same thing?? Judging by many comments, people have either not watched the show for very long and don’t know Sheila’s complete history across both soaps, or they have amnesia, and completely forgotten ALL of the horrific things she’s done?? She has tried kill almost everyone that’s left of the cast and most of the ones who have left.. put it this way, if Sheila was killed, the police would have an impossible task to find out “who done it”, cause she has made an enemy of everyone both past and present, except for Deacon apparently!! But that’s just because every time deacon brought up them having to part ways, Sheila pulls out the naughty, and daddy card..
DeleteAgree ladies. An evil, diabolical, murderous sociopathic (psychopath) monster is the perfect description of her. There is no comparison at all between Thomas and Sheila. She lacks remorse, empathy, guilt and gives an evil smile when thinking of something sinister. She plays the character you love to hate really well.
DeleteComparing Thomas keeping something from Hope to Sheila who has committed premeditated murder, kidnapped babies and swapped them to steal another woman’s husband (more than once) shot numerous people, had surgery to steal other women’s identities and steal their lives, attempted murder too many times to count, committed arson while attempting murder, held people prisoner, etc. Sheila is an actual sociopath and literally is incapable of feeling love. She will use and mimic it to manipulate etc but she actually lacks the capacity to love someone.
DeleteShe is using Deacon. She has no remorse at all for her actions and behaviour or crimes she’s committed. She has never tried to get psychiatric treatment because she won’t acknowledge she needs it. She kills in a heartbeat with no emotion at all.
Thomas is NOTHING like that!

Sheila shot steffy and her own son and left them to die. And we are supposed to somehow feel sorry for her? Let's see how long she'll be able to "be smart" and not "fall for others provoking her to react."

DeleteI don't like Li, never have. I always favored Jack and wondered why they got rid of him and left us with Li. Then the storyline with her hiding away Finn's body and not even letting his wife and children know that he was still alive made me dislike her even more. However, I hate Sheila more, so I can support Li against Sheila even though I still do not like Li. Lol!
