DeleteHope is getting on my nerves. She is acting so selfish and is only looking out for herself. When Brooke tells Hope about Ridge’s ultimatum, hopefully Hope does the right thing and moves out. I don’t like that Ridge called Hope names, but I can definitely understand why he doesn’t want Hope on the property after what she and Carter did.
I still think Ridge is being an idiot by placing all the blame on Hope, but he does have a right to be very angry at the situation. And seeing Hope at the house would only rub salt in the wound. Maybe Hope will consider her mom and move in with Carter.
Taylor is certainly waving at another heartbreak... She's been saying how this time it's different, she doesn't want him, but it's like the girl who cried wolf. Always believes that him fighting with Brooke equals suddenly wanting a life with her. It's like an emotional scam he's running on her and she keeps falling for it. If I were her, I'd ask myself "when was the last time he came to me without an issue with Brooke in the picture?"
DeleteLynn it would certainly be a good opportunity for Hope to move out, but I don't believe she'd move in with Carter. She has Beth to consider who is very used to her home and her grandma. Plus Carter is new in Hope's life so moving him in with Beth would be really too soon. Ridge should cool off. I like that he again acknowledged that calling Hope names was not okay. I understand him too. It's a huge hit on him.
Milla, very true about Beth. I forget about Beth even being in the picture because we never see her and they very rarely talk about her. Lol
DeleteSo maybe Hope should just get her own place like you said. Having grandma so close by provides an instant babysitter, so I’m sure that’s something to consider.
I also liked Ridge admitting that he shouldn’t have name called. But he failed to mention the ultimatum he gave to Brooke. No matter, Steffy and Taylor will always agree with everything he says. So they won’t care about the ultimatum.
Lynn yes all of the kids are only mentioned, never shown. We only see their toys around the living rooms. But they are a factor. Which reminds me they are yet to show us Liam's reaction to Hope and Carter's pairing 😀

DeleteAs I've watched daytime dramas for many years, little kids are very seldom seen. They are usually shown here and there when the actors playing them are old enough to deliver their lines effectively. Then they aren't seen much until they are teenagers, and can get into trouble. If anyone here watches Y&R. Think of how long it's been since they've shown Nick's son, Christian. Probably 7 or 8 years! That's got to be some kind of record. For a kid who lives in town, not in a different city, state, or county.

But its not called, you are the woman that holds my heart. They are completely two different things for a man. In Ridges case, one is Taylor and the other is Brooke. Why is Taylor the former, its because she is always available, arms and legs wide open. pathetic. Its pathetic to want to be with a man who only wants you he and his woman have an argument. Shame on you Taylor, youre a psychologist, you studied how the mind works, plus you have been through this same cycle many times with Ridge. Stop waiting for Ridge to leave Brooke and go be with a man who can truly love you.

DeleteElle, I haven't seen Kelly in forever, maybe you can name me the last episode she was on. In any case it must have been a single one so that doesn't make it fairly often.
Why would Hope give Beth to Liam to move in with Carter? Beth has a home where she's happy. Nothing on the show (and not what people are speculating while hating her) suggests otherwise. Hope has been through enough having Douglas taken from her. She has absolutely no reason to give away also the time with her daughter! Beth has nothing to do with what's happening in FC, she's not witnessing any of it. So there's no example being set for her. And Hope being involved with Carter doesn't affect her in any worse way than her being involved with Thomas. Thomas was actually infinitely worse person to be involved with if we consider Beth. But of course since it's Thomas, different rules apply. It was all "romantic" and "chemistry", who cares about Beth who wouldn't even have a mom if her to be step-dad had had his way. So no Hope and her daughter are definitely not getting separated again.
@Elle, I read somewhere that they don't have the funds to have Liam, Beth, Kelly and Haze on the show as much as before, it makes sense but I'm not sure if it's true 🤔 anyway, it's about time Hopeless moved out of her mamma's dingy toolshed 😂 maybe that's was made her so unhinged, lack of light and sunshine 😂

DeleteMilla, we haven't seen Kelly in a bit but I was speaking generally since I took your previous comments as generalizations about the kids on the show. Of all of them, we see Douglas and Kelly a lot more than we see Beth and Hayes. People on here used to complain about the poor kid every time she was on.
DeleteAnd you're right, we don't actually see Beth being unhappy at home but we also don't see her being happy because we don't see her. I wasn't even suggesting that the child was unhappy. I was simply saying that letting her stay with her dad was an option should Hope have to move in with Carter. Carter's place would be a strange environment but she would feel at home with her dad.
As for Thomas, he has been a constant in Beth's life given that Douglas is her brother and Thomas used to visit Douglas at the cabin all the time. I also remember when Thomas took Douglas to live with him over at Eric's, Hope would take Beth with her to spend almost every night there. All of them together as a family. And when Thope were together, Beth also spent time with them. I'm not sure why you even brought Thomas up in comparison to Carter since I never said anything about Carter being a bad figure in Beth's life.
Elle when you said that Hope can give Beth to live with Liam, it sounded like she should do it because she's a bad mother. The comparison with Thomas was more about the light Hope is presented in while being with the different men. She's a "bad" mom now who should give her child to her dad. But while the same mom was bringing her child to someone with such dark mark on their lives, that's okay because it's Thomas. Thomas being a presence in Beth's life doesn't make him a good presence. But I know we disagree on that.
DeleteAnd I think we more recently saw Beth in the office with Liam and Hope. Either way none of then is shown more than the other. People were complaining about Kelly but not because she was on a lot, but because of her voice. Even the first time they showed her her voice was noticed 😅
No, M. My comment was in relation to what Lynn said about Hope moving in with Carter. That Beth can live with her dad was an option, one I figured would be the best option since Carter's place would be unfamiliar to Beth. Also, living with Liam would provide more stability for Beth given her mother's proclivities these days. 🤭

Did Brooke eventually become the woman he loved the most, Yes absolutely! But that doesn’t mean he didn’t love Taylor.
He loves her now but it more as a dear friend and mother of his children.
I DON’T want to see Taylor with Ridge. I am hoping that she shuts down any romantic overtures from Ridge and is just her moving supportive self.
Taylor is that for her family and friends. A living supportive presence!

The Logans have all been given plum positions at Forrester as well and usually with NO experience or education to back it up. So not hypocritical at all! That internship Will got handed, someone not even interested in fashion usually goes through a super intense and competitive interview process with Eric making final selections, as he explained when Donna hired Luna. It usually goes to a top design school graduate. So there is NO hypocrisy there.

She never works on her line even though it was tanking without the help of Thomas designing for her. When Liam gets wind of her and Carter being together, he should file for sole custody of Beth and take her away from Hope. Hope wouldn’t know she was gone, since apparently every time Carter goes over to the cabin, the nympho Hope has sex with him. It is totally disgusting. She definitely leads Carter around by his dick.
