Actually while he was still at the house the morning after he begged her to break off with Finn.. he told her they had only been dating a few months. Said how being with Hope had been a huge mistake and he never stopped loving Steffy and how much he missed being a family with her and Kelly. He begged Steffy to be a family with him again. She said no, she chose her relationship with Finn… told Liam to once again go work it out with Hope. So she definitely CHOSE Finn!
I can't recall a time that Steffy wanted to be back with Liam during mannequin-gate. Matter of fact, from the very next morning when they awoke and Liam begged her to reunite, not only did she tell him to go work it out with Hope, but she also begged Liam not to tell Hope about what happened. She was deathly afraid of losing Finn.

I’ll tell you what did happen - MULTIPLE TIMES after the mannequin debacle and subsequent screw with Steffy….Liam’s guilt was eating him up inside! And he kept telling Steffy he wanted / needed to tell Hope that Steffy and he slept together. But Steffy was NOT HAVING IT!!! She absolutely did NOT want Finn finding out she ho’d around with Liam!! Liam was getting very frustrated by not being able to be honest with Hope. But Steffy wasn’t budging. She was perfectly happy keeping the Liam screw from Finn!!! She’s not only a Ho-bag, but she’s a liar too!!!!! Then finally after many discussions, Steffy finally agreed to let Liam tell Hope and she was gonna tell Finn. Pretty sure the only reason she finally agreed was because she was pregnant, which is hilarious! But not 100% certain on that detail.

😆 we all seem to have a lot of typos lately. Thomas did a good job at trying to boost her confidence and ego to go out there and work the runway. @Hilary Noone said anything about forgiveness. Thomas is Douglas' father and, for the sake of nurturing a normal and loving atmosphere for Douglas, what happened 2 years ago has to stay in the past. Liam was very successful at doing that when Douglas lived with them and Thomas was visiting. He had absolutely no problem with Thomas being in his home and, quite recently, even told Brooke that he has seen changes in Thomas. Now that Douglas is no longer living with them and Hope is the one visiting, Thomas is now the same evil person he had been 2 years ago? That is not fair to anyone including Douglas. Liam is creating a whole lot of drama that is unnecessary and which is opening up a can of worms that I don't think he wants opened.
Having a son who spent several years in prison which led to the opportunity for me to sit with and talk with prisoners in regards to a paper I wrote on the benefits of restorative justice vs retributive justice, I can say with absolute certainty that I do know the mindset of persons facing a life in prison. Because they have time on their hands to reevaluate their actions, their thinking becomes a lot clearer and their mindset is, in most cases, how they've affected their families and the people they love. Liam would have put much thought into his family's well-being with him being away. Asking Thomas to take care of them would not have been a careless act on his part.

They forgave Zoe and Flo both who had integral roles and 100% hid Beth’s being alive from them but I never hear you rant about them! It’s always Thomas! Other people could have stepped up but didn’t. It’s all Thomas’s fault blah blah blah!
I will be happy to address that, BBFAN. If you recall, Thomas was threatening everyone who was considering telling the truth about Beth. I was never a Zoe fan, so bash her all you want. But I definitely remember Thomas saying bad things were going to happen to both Zoe and Flo if they ever said anything. So once again, I blame Thomas for the truth being withheld for so long!
If they had stepped straight away Thomas never would have been involved in the first place. Zoe could have done something from the start… so could Flo. Thomas didn’t know until later.
Unknown, I don’t think that’s fair to Hope, this was one of the most pivotal moments in her life, and she had to “begg” Liam to put it behind him for just one time, for the show, which was a make or break for her line and career, and be there for HER.. Liam was completely selfish to make this moment about how HE FEELS.. He said he can’t celebrate his WIFE, because that meant Thomas too.. what an absolute piss poor and egotistical excuse by doing what he did, he put Hope in a position and state of great stress and sadness on what should have been one of the most exciting and happiest times of her life!! He used emotional blackmail against her and ruined the best highlight of her career, and he said to Bill and Wyatt, that it’s ALL ABOUT HIM and HIS mental state of mind?? No where near good enough excuse to do what he did to her.. He doesn’t deserve her..
So Brooke chased after Ridge in Aspen and all but just now that they are at the fashion show together, they have no dialogue? What a sh...ty editing, they had obviously filmed these fashion show episodes way back separately from all the rest and the editors don't know how to merge them properly into the whole story.
They were giving each other some weird looks. Ridge is still upset about the CPS thing and Brooke probably did not want to make the event about her and Ridge. She just wanted to support her daughter. Good on her!
Ridge literally wants NOTHING to do with Brooke. She’s not there in any official capacity, just as Hope’s mum.
That said her and Katie’s eye rolls were so inappropriate as employees at Forrester Creations. They represent the company even if they are just there watching. Katie was actually working. So all it takes is one photographer getting a snap of that to damage. Behind clothes doors think what you want, but pulling faces in the middle of a press event with tonnes of cameras is just selfish and unprofessional.

Brooke just cannot handle young Steffy being a ceo.. so much so , she tried to get rid of her by manipulating Ridge, when Steffy had Hayes.. remember that “surprise” photo shoot she got done, for Ridge, and they “apparently stuffed up” the dialogue and wrote that Brooke and Ridge were the CEO’s.. And Ridge said that she had to get them to change it before it gets published, so Brooke put on the sexy act and tried to convince him that she should be co ceo so Steffy could stay home with her kids!! Manipulation at its finest, so she can’t handle it when Steffy is called the boss lady!! It’s a blow to her ego, especially now Ridge left her.. But, yes , there were cameras pointed everywhere, especially on Steffy..
If I were Liam I would tell Hope to get her act together and that she is NOT taking Beth around the maniac that is Thomas. He attacked both Hope and Liam, he hid her identity from both Liam and Hope, he is scarily obsessed with Liams wife AGAIN, he is making out with his mannequin again (which is why it`s where it is) and who cannot be trusted around their daughter. Thomas would harm Beth and I have no doubt about that because she`s Hopes indisputable link to Liam, let`s be honest here, his abuse of his own son can`t be disputed, so of course Beth would be an obvious target for Thomas!!! What`s more she is about to find out, thanks to Bill, that Thomas is off the rails again. Can`t wait for the truth to come out about Thomas and then I hope Liam leaves her and takes Beth with him. I mean after all Liam, Brooke and Bill have known all along that Thomas is up to no good again and obsessing over Hope again. According to the spoilers it`s Bill who sets Thomas up and finds out just what he did and that would make sense. Brooke is so perceptive when it comes to Thomas, she sees through him like he`s a sheet of glass. Which is why he loathes her the way he does. Furthermore, all this shit about Liam being a brat...I didn`t notice Liam running around playing games, he`s just aware of Thomas and what a headcase he is and after the last crap Thomas pulled, Liam has every right to be pissed off and very aware of him.. This is probably what will wake Brooke up and push her to be with Bill again and not the waffling joke that is Ridge, mind you the other part of me wants to see Brooke take the waffler back just to stick it to Taylor, Steffy and Thomas.
I really do hope that the truth about Thomas comes out soon. All the sickening sweet bullshit he was saying to Hope at the fashion show was making me sick 🤢 And how he kept mentioning that Liam wasn't there. Liam won’t take Beth because he can’t take care of himself let alone a toddler. He will go sulk and be babied by his daddy or better yet move up to the big house with Brooke. I could see her taking Beth like she did Douglas and having a nanny take care of her. That would be a great storyline. Like when she helped Bill take Will from Katie all those years ago!

Thomas gave Hope one hug (which she reciprocated) to try and calm her nerves and get her focused on doing a great job with the showstopper and he's being touchy feely?
And it has absolutely been said that Hope needs to take her husband's feelings about Thomas into consideration. That she has as much blame in this situation as Liam has.
Also Hope was UPSET because of Liam’s petulant behaviour. He goes out of his way to make her distraught before she has to wear the showstopper and wow everyone to save her failing line??? Wth??? That was why I laughed at him in last Friday's show when Douglas had asked for Thomas, Hope, Beth and himself to spend a weekend together. The look on Liam's face as he stood by the door looking on was so funny to me. He looked so helpless like he didn't know what to do. Exactly Miah. Thomas has always loved Hope. Unfortunately, in the past, that love turned to obsession however, his feelings for her have returned to a more healthy place. He has now accepted the fact that she is married and is off-limits. He is focused on being a good dad to his son and enjoys having Hope around as mother to his son. If it can turn into something more, of course he would love that but so far, he has been practicing restraint. His love for her now is a lot more grounded and pure than it was before.
Liam really shot himself in the foot. Of course Hope is pushing it, big time, but in a healthy relationship you are together against the problem not against each other. Plus it doesn't make him look very manly running from Thomas. This story is getting boring 🥱... I hope soon we have some CPS-related drama.
That's the thing Milla, Liam and Hope never had a healthy relationship, mainly because of Liam's back and forth between her and Steffy and Hope's insecurities about that. I will admit that they seemed to be getting it right after Douglas began living with them but, unfortunately, that was just an illusion. At the first sign of trouble, Liam ran straight to Brooke because Steffy was no longer available.
I don't blame Hope for gravitating to Thomas in light of Liam's and Brooke's insistence on treating her like a child by going on and on about Thomas. What did they expect her to do? He's her lead designer and father of her son. Both of those relationships require a certain amount of trust if they are to get along. That said, once Liam made his feelings clear, Hope needed to respect him by instituting some boundaries with Thomas. And Liam, he needs to stop running away and, as you rightfully said, face the problem together with his wife.
I think they should write Hope with Wyatt once again. He really did love her more than Liam and Flo is never around or mentioned anymore. Wyatt is also a one woman man and treats women with the respect they deserve. He really needs more story time.
I agree, even though he has been with a few women, when he was with each of them, he treated them like they were the only woman for him.. He is a really good guy!! I love Wyatt, and if they (the writers) are not going to put Hope with Thomas, then I would love to see her with Wyatt!!

Said how being with Hope had been a huge mistake and he never stopped loving Steffy and how much he missed being a family with her and Kelly. He begged Steffy to be a family with him again. I’ll tell you what did happen - MULTIPLE TIMES after the mannequin debacle and subsequent screw with Steffy….Liam’s guilt was eating him up inside! And he kept telling Steffy he wanted / needed to tell Hope that Steffy and he slept together. But Steffy was NOT HAVING IT!!! She absolutely did NOT want Finn finding out she ho’d around with Liam!! Liam was getting very frustrated by not being able to be honest with Hope. But Steffy wasn’t budging. She was perfectly happy keeping the Liam screw from Finn!!! She’s not only a Ho-bag, but she’s a liar too!!!!! Then finally after many discussions, Steffy finally agreed to let Liam tell Hope and she was gonna tell Finn. Pretty sure the only reason she finally agreed was because she was pregnant, which is hilarious! But not 100% certain on that detail.

You could see she was really hurt about Liama not supporting her because of Thomas and the ending speech said it all. She looked at Douglas and praised him for supporting her through all the hard work and then it was "also Liam' very quickly.
I also hope she celebrates with Thomas and Douglas all night then goes to the Foresters instead of going back to Liam. Serves him right.

This was a really big deal for her, her business, and her reputation in the fashion industry. Liam is so selfish and petty. @Hilary Noone said anything about forgiveness. Thomas is Douglas' father and, for the sake of nurturing a normal and loving atmosphere for Douglas, what happened 2 years ago has to stay in the past. Liam was very successful at doing that when Douglas lived with them and Thomas was visiting. He had absolutely no problem with Thomas being in his home and, quite recently, even told Brooke that he has seen changes in Thomas. Now that Douglas is no longer living with them and Hope is the one visiting, Thomas is now the same evil person he had been 2 years ago? That is not fair to anyone including Douglas. Liam is creating a whole lot of drama that is unnecessary and which is opening up a can of worms that I don't think he wants opened.
DeleteHaving a son who spent several years in prison which led to the opportunity for me to sit with and talk with prisoners in regards to a paper I wrote on the benefits of restorative justice vs retributive justice, I can say with absolute certainty that I do know the mindset of persons facing a life in prison. Because they have time on their hands to reevaluate their actions, their thinking becomes a lot clearer and their mindset is, in most cases, how they've affected their families and the people they love. Liam would have put much thought into his family's well-being with him being away. Asking Thomas to take care of them would not have been a careless act on his part.

He has now accepted the fact that she is married and is off-limits. He is focused on being a good dad to his son and enjoys having Hope around as mother to his son. If it can turn into something more, of course he would love that but so far, he has been practicing restraint. His love for her now is a lot more grounded and pure than it was before.

That's the thing Milla, Liam and Hope never had a healthy relationship, mainly because of Liam's back and forth between her and Steffy and Hope's insecurities about that. I will admit that they seemed to be getting it right after Douglas began living with them but, unfortunately, that was just an illusion. At the first sign of trouble, Liam ran straight to Brooke because Steffy was no longer available.

He's her lead designer and father of her son. Both of those relationships require a certain amount of trust if they are to get along. That said, once Liam made his feelings clear, Hope needed to respect him by instituting some boundaries with Thomas. And Liam, he needs to stop running away and, as you rightfully said, face the problem together with his wife.
I think they should write Hope with Wyatt once again. He really did love her more than Liam and Flo is never around or mentioned anymore. Wyatt is also a one woman man and treats women with the respect they deserve. He really needs more story time.

DeleteI agree, even though he has been with a few women, when he was with each of them, he treated them like they were the only woman for him.. He is a really good guy!! I love Wyatt, and if they (the writers) are not going to put Hope with Thomas, then I would love to see her with Wyatt!!
