They have good chemistry. Much more than the previous Taylor. I just hope the spoilers some are saying, about Thomas dying are wrong, and it will be the pilot if they go with a heart transplant.

Taylor receiving her son’s heart, like Katie recieved her brothers!! I can see a big uproar by fans if they kill Thomas off.. I don’t know, I don’t think they will?? Really hope it’s the pilot?

DeleteColly I also don't remember the details but I remember Bridget on her laptop at Brooke's (I found it funny that she found the cure in internet it seemed). That was after the transplant when Katies body began rejecting the heart. Here's what Wikipedia says:

So maybe it was a new experimental therapy that had just come about at the time??
DeleteIt's unfair of Taylor to ask Ridge to keep her secret. Well, she only told him not to tell Steffy and Thomas. Maybe he can tell Finn, then he will tell Steffy. I get Taylor not wanting to be pitied. But I think when someone is dying, their loved ones would want to know so they can spend as much time with the person as possible. I know a woman who found out she had cancer 4 months before she died. She made her family promise not to tell her elderly mother. Someone in the family finally decided to tell the woman's mother. She was only able to spend 1 month with her daughter before she died. She was upset she wasn't told sooner. 😥

She broke up Steffy's family, after the "funeral ceremony" Taylor started seducing Ridge, until 2002 she was the second one, until Brad Bell took over the show and started favoring KKL. From the position of the winner she wants to reconcile with Steffy, even though she hurt her so much. In addition, she cheated on Bridget three times with Deacon, Nick and three times Katie with Bill. How can you root for such an egoist? The nice contrast between Taylor, who always puts others before herself, who conducts missionary activities and Brooke, apart from the current showing of panties, has been completely useless for a long time.

Chemistry has nothing to do with pity. They play off each other well. They were very in sync with their emotions. Her fear and his bravado in trying to make her feel safe. Her selfishness and his anger as a result of it. And finally, his worst nightmare coming through and the way she comforted him. As Milla said, very well scripted, and well played by the actors.

DeleteMilla, I have not yet been there, but I will definitely get there at some stage! It is so beautiful! It is actually comprised of a group of 23 small islands in total, but the main ones is where most people live! My mother was born there by Maltese parents, and they migrated to Australia when she was 6yo.. I make a lot of Maltese dishes at home, I learned from a very young age how to cook from my nan!! Also, it’s famous for winning the war in 1565, against the strongest Army and Navy in all of Europe at the time, the Ottoman Empire, with only swords as their weapons.. Its full of very famous history.. Also, many big movies with big stars have been filmed there!! Such as the movie Troy with Brad Pitt, and other big movies.. It even became a favorite spot for Brangelina when they were together!! It’s certainly one of the most beautiful island countries.. The St John’s cross is actually the Maltese Cross.. I see it on ambulances here and many other places and get a great sense of pride!

But other than that I only remember her to do with Zoe and Paris? I have a friend who’s son is a world class chef, he went around the world to every country in the world for 3 months each country, to learn about their food culture and learn from the best in each country.. When he got to Malta, he loved the people there, the culture, the country, and the food so much, instead of his scheduled 3 months, he stayed there for well over a year!! He came back to Australia, but goes back there 3 times a year! It’s one of those places you go and don’t want to leave❤️

DeleteMilla, speaking of architecture in Malta, did you ever go into the St John’s Cathedral? It’s the most famous one there, and I think the oldest , and is absolutely stunning!! My grandparents were married in that Cathedral, as well as my mother was baptised there also, and they attended church services there every Sunday till they came to Australia.. If you haven’t been inside there, go in next time, it’s stunning and the architecture is amazing!

Lynn it seems to me that at some point we should just accept who Steffy is - with her tone, her faces, her words and everything that goes with it. Brooke absolutely has the right dignified approach. No insults, no backhanded remarks and standing up for what is right. If Steffy wants to try some sabotage again, let her, but it will fail as usual. But I really don't think she will. She'll push her parents together, hopefully that helps Taylor somehow. I sometimes also doubt Taylor will want Ridge right now. She loves him but she says herself that she sees where he belongs. Maybe a second chance on life will convince her to finally move on.

DeleteFirst off, Brooke was simply SURPRISED when Taylor walked in that first day and Brooke saw Taylor. There was no announcement she was returning to LA, so Brooke was genuinely taken back and caught off guard when she saw her. It was nothing more complicated than that.
And second, Brooke should actually get a nervous twitch when Taylor comes back into town given the past! I seem to recall Taylor kissing Ridge when he was still married to Brooke. And at some point they moved in together and were sleeping together….during the CPS scandal. The show wasn’t entirely clear on where the divorce stood at that time between Brooke and Ridge, but clearly Taylor was an opportunist.
In this most recent Taylor reappearance….Brooke has gone out of her way to welcome Taylor back into the fold, even suggesting that they be friends!! And at this point she doesn’t even know Taylor is sick!! That was simply Brooke’s instinct to try to make a Taylor feel welcome.
You can deny it 100 times, it doesn’t matter to me. What I saw today was Steffy absolutely trying to GOAD Brooke! Steffy has so much hate in her soul for Brooke…that’s simply her instinct…to try to make Brooke feel ‘less than.’ What Steffy SHOULD have said to Brooke…..”Brooke, I respect the relationship you and my dad have. I know how much he loves you. But I know he has love in his heart for my mother too.” But nothing even close to that came out of Steffy’s mouth. Her only goal was to make Brooke feel small and unimportant. And that’s why I think she’s a nasty, petty witch! Her behavior was so extremely childish and spiteful. Steffy needs to grow up and respect the fact that her dad CHOOSES Brooke!
Firstly, why does Taylor need to “announce” she comming “back in town”, which is actually her “home”.. Secondly, it was NOT Taylor who went after Ridge!! Logan supporters keep saying Taylor stole Ridge, she has never actually stolen him, while he was with Brooke, that is Brooke’s MO! Taylor has never gone after a married man.. Thirdly, he chased her, she ran from him.. He lied and manipulated Taylor.. And lastly, I am mostly sure, that Ridge sent a text to Carter to serve Brooke divorce papers, either while he was on the plane or when he just arrived.. Taylor has never stolen Ridge off Brooke! She has never gone after a married man or broken up a family!! So why do you keep saying Brooke should be worried and twitch when Taylor is around?? How about we put the blame where it should be!! On Ridge for loving both women, and going back and forth at the first sign of trouble, just like Liam!! He wants his cake and eat it too.. And Steffy actually smiled nicely at Brooke through most of that scene, even at the end of it.. Brooke was just as bad, getting Steffy’s back up by saying “I want to make it clear, your fathers life and future is with her”.. Of course that would upset Steffy.. His “life” includes Steffy, Thomas, and Taylor, his first family!!

The last time Taylor was in town (the previous actress), Ridge tried a number of times to sleep with her and she denied him even though he and Brooke were already separated. Ridge was living at Eric's due to the Deacon/Brooke Christmas Eve kiss and Ridge beating Deacon up. Ridge was actively going after Taylor which was why Brooke kept showing up at Taylor's job, Steffy's house and Eric's mansion to tell Taylor to back off. They finally slept together in Aspen when Ridge ran after her.
DeleteI still cannot clearly remember (although Milla reminded me) when the divorce happened but I believe, Ridge had already called Carter to draw up the papers before he got to Aspen. I seem to remember Brooke receiving the papers then flying out to Aspen to confront Ridge. I could be wrong though. Maybe she just heard that he went to Aspen and decided to follow him, and she received the papers after. I'm really not sure.
Elle I'm also not 100% sure the sequence of events but I believe Brooke went to Aspen before she got the papers. She was there and Ridge just kept his head-cocking routine and saying it's over between them and that she knows why. Only after they returned and Ridge was with Taylor did Carter serve her with the papers which she directly signed. I remember she didn't put up a fight for that which shows that it was after all of Ridge's nonsense which she was initially fighting. Taylor and Ridge definitely slept together before he was divorced.

Taylor was flirting with Ridge and was not really respectful of his marriage even though yes he was the one who ran after her in his frustration with Brooke. He was the one who convinced her this time it's real and of course he proposed marriage. But from Brooke's perspective Taylor was more than a willing participant. Plus Steffy was using her tricks to sabotage the relationship so it's normal Brooke is watching her. To me she's not as worried about Taylor proactively going after Ridge but after Steffy's encouragement for sure.
Colly, as I already said….Brooke’s comment / question….”Taylor, what are you doing here?” was simply Brooke being surprised to see her since it was understood by everyone that Taylor was out of the country. I don’t see it as more sinister than that! 😂😂😂😂
DeleteMy comment about Taylor kissing a married man was when Ridge and Taylor kissed at the beach house. Taylor definitely participated in that kiss. And that was well before any divorce took place between Ridge and Brooke. You remember the time….it was when Steffy and Thomas were in overdrive mode trying to get their parents back together.
Of course Ridge is a dog - he always has been and always will be. And I actually said that in a comment in the past 48 hours. But that does not change the fact that Steffy was acting like a total snarky bitch to Brooke in Tuesday’s episode.
Steffy was absolutely trying to GOAD Brooke!! Because that brings Steffy joy! 😂😂😂😂 And Brooke handled it with dignity and grace instead of letting Steffy have it like she could have!!! Brooke is clearly the mature one in that situation. And Steffy needs to grow up!

She even asked him did Brooks do something wrong and that’s why he is there, he lied, and swore it’s just because he wants to spend his life with her.. And right before the wedding when Taylor found out about Thomas did at the last minute as she was about to walk down the isle.. The reason she didn’t tell Ridge before the nuptials, but intended to after, was because Ridge swore up and down that Brooke didn’t do anything and she even asked him what if she did, he again lied and said Brooke has nothing to do with why he wants to be with her.. So that’s why she said nothing before the nuptials but was going to after.. She believed what he said that he wanted her for the rest of his life because the pine cone in the head told him so.. that sounds so dumb the pine cone in the head 🤣🤣🤣 just as bad as “destiny”!! And yes, they did kiss in Monaco, but Ridge initiated that kiss.. But still doesn’t make it right.. That kiss is also a big reason she ran.. She said that is not usually her and she doesn’t want to be that woman..

Deletebut yes me too! Will is very protective of his mom and going out of his way to show her she doesn't have to take Bill back just for him. And Katie is a smart woman and great mom. She's one of the few characters who don't repeat the same thing over and over again but has a distinct Katie voice. And in recent months she looks better to me, maybe has had some facial work done but her face looks better.

Why should Will get a top spot just so he can be close to Katie! That means some deserving, hard working designer is going to lose out to a billionaire trust fund brat with NO interest in the company!
Agree Bfan, particularly because it wasn’t just once that Brooke took Bill from Katie, it was at least twice, maybe three if my memory is correct, but definately twice.. She seems to blame only Bill and give Brooke a free pass?? And agree 100% with your last paragraph!! But of course, he is a Logan!! They get handed anything on a platter.. I am actually shocked Steffy just handed it to him?? And it’s not to be close to Katie, Bfan, it’s the pretty models that are the only thing that changed his mind!!
