It can't last between Brooke and Hollis because he is too little-headed. He will make Brooke feel (((womboly))) and horsey next to him. She will try to look diminutive, petite and smaller, trying to hold in her arms even. She'll know it's not working. She doesn't want to feel like that, even if it isn't his fault. The guy's head has to be bigger than the girls for the long run.
@Milla I don't know but I think the writers are writing Taylor's character according to Krista Allen's personality. After doing a lot of thinking on how Tylo Hunter started her character as a beautiful, smart psychiatrist, and then writers changed her character into "she lost it " kind of character because of Kathyrn Kelly. I read Tylo's article that her and Kelly did not get along on and off screen, all because of them sharing Ron Moss on the set. I really think it was purposely done because Bradley Bell is infatuated in making Brooke's character the star of attention and giving her what she wants on a silver platter.
Milla, I agree…Sheila is definitely going to say “Finn” on tomorrow’s episode. There is absolutely no way in hell she’s gonna jeopardize her cushy life with Bill. But I still maintain her feelings for Deacon are ultimately going to destroy her relationship with Bill. I can’t stand watching the Sheila scenes…current day or flashbacks….they all make me sick. Didn’t Brooke look amazing today? That color and outfit…so pretty and flattering!! I did notice she was walking with very tiny steps though. Lol. She was squeezed into that skirt and it wasn’t stretchy so tiny steps were required. 😬😬😬 Hollis has GREAT hair!! Let Brooke enjoy a fling with her new boy-toy. This won’t turn into anything serious. It ended horribly with Taylor and Brooke neither one being a mother to the poor bairn. He was raised by Nick.
So he’s their son by birth and biology and Nick was just lovely. I’m thinking with the new bestie situation they might both be in a good place to try and build a relationship with Jack and Nick could be a love interest for one of them. 🥰

D no worries, I’m having some of the same issues with Long Covid myself. 🤗. That is the best I can explain at the moment. You have the gist though. Taylor and Nick were doing in vitro with what they thought was a donor egg. Same time Brooke was banking eggs of her own. Lab mix up and presto Nick is daddy to a baby made with Brooke’s egg that Taylor carried inside her. Given their intense rivalry and that they both loved Nick it didn’t end well as you can imagine.
I have to say I didn’t like that neither Taylor nor Brooke ended up being his mother and left it to Nick to raise him. They are both so maternal it was sad really.

I always thought of him as Taylor’s child (even though I can’t imagine what it must be to be Brooke in this situation, you have your egg frozen for your own usage and it ends up in another woman), she carried him and gave birth to him. It was a spectacular storyline, one of the most interesting on the show. And then to end like that… :( Taylor and Nick were also a gorgeous couple with amazing chemistry 🥰😍
Btw I don’t think Brooke loved Nick at that point, it was one of the times I was most disappointed in her because she plain wanted to take him from Taylor, her own relationship with Ridge had hit the rocks again and she was looking to get Nick back, I was glad he didn’t go for it. Too bad he couldn’t make it work with Taylor they were so good for each other.
