Am I the only one who finds it amazing how Deacon figured out he’s so mesmerized by Sheila only *after* she got together with Bill, the same Bill who threw 💵 with his face at him and has been pointing out how he’s a conman since they met. Before that, all Deacon wanted was for Sheila to disappear from his life and now all of a sudden she’s the one who "inspired" him?! Not his daughter or granddaughter or jeez the wish to be something better, but Sheila? Serious WTF. And if I see some more of their memories I'll barf. What does it say about him being so infatuated by a woman who shot her son and instead of trying to help him, shot his wife and fled?
Steffy be smart and enlist Thomas in your quest against Sheila. He is the only one in the family whose mind can work in devious ways and that's what you need to set someone like Sheila up.
That moment of Taylor and her kids would have been incredible with Hunter Tylo. I'll never get over her :(

totally agreed. what i keep thinking is what the *@#$ is he thinking about her showing up at his opening? he's going to alienate his whole family for this murderer who's with someone else. after he worked so hard to get respectability back from Brooke, his daughter, and everyone? makes zero sense.
and yes, the sheila scenes are causing a gag reflex.
Also. I don't know if this is by design, but i see zero chemistry between bill & sheila. I get they are trying to say she's holding a flame for deacon, but she keeps talking about what a man bill is, blah blah blah. They have as much chemistry as a pile of rocks. This whole thing is dumb.
Mystery, I think (hope) there's more to Bill and Sheila - either he's got some plan for her or she's brainwashing him. And that would be the reason there's no chemistry between them, no romantic scenes or actual bonding shown. I'd be very disappointed if it turns out there was nothing more, and they were really "in love". And her talking about what a man Bill is is absolutely her trying to over-compensate and distract him. And convince herself.
Milla, I agree, HT built Taylor’s character over decades, it’s big she’s to fill.. Some characters just don’t do well with a change in actors, this one is clearly one of them.. It must pain KA to read these comments, because she can only do her best, but, I think no one will ever replace HT successfully!! Ell, you are correct, they are trying to make Sheila more likeable and soften her, but like you said, it ain’t working.. I can’t see Sheila as anything but evil, so it’s a testament to KB, and an even bigger one if she does manage to get fans to like her new and not so shiny persona 🤣🤣🤣

@ Milla I agree Hunter Tylo was great, until the writers messed up with her head with some g👀fy storylines in the year 2000, which makes me wonder if Bradley Bell really wanted to get rid of her. Also, her on /off screen working relationship with Katherine Kelly, didn't help her to stick around either. Deacon is so into Sheila that he is willing to risk his relationship with his daughter and Brooke. He was even daring to invite Sheila without thinking of his consequences. He is playing with fire. Deacon didn't want her then, but her poison kisses had a big effect on him to where he is MADLY crazy in wanting her. Well, I don't know about Bradley Bell but if he thinks that we can't remember the moments of Sheila and Deacon , then he needs to hang up his Executive Producer hat and writers pen and go have a Mai Tai drink in his La Casa.

This show really tore me apart when Steffy and Thomas were expressing their feelings for each other . I lost my brother April 17th 2021 and he was my best friend and lord knows how much I miss him . So just saying I really enjoyed this show , well done !!!

In that one scene when deacon was begging sheila to come to his opening, he said I owe everything to you (I am paraphrasing). I had already wondered this before. But. It's sheila's bribe money, so deacon wouldn't toss her out that came from whatever nefarious dealings she's had over the years that paid for Il Giardino, right??? I don't remember seeing that clearly, but I don't always pay attention.
But Deacon told her several times that she had to leave. Also, Sheila was declared dead (mauled by a bear) so she could not possibly have had any access to her money since it would have gone to the State if she had no named beneficiaries on her accounts. How could she have funded Il Giardino?
I would expect that money was in some account in the caymans or some place (Seychelles are popular) where they wouldn't be automatically dumping the account based off of a news situation. Even in the US when someone actually dies, it takes months to get bank accounts taken care of, death certificates, all this stuff. They didn't have a body, so it could take a couple of years in some states, i think.
My friend's dad died and literally 10 years later they were still sorting out the estate. YUCK. it was a hot mess. the lawyers made money sorting through it, for sure.
i'm just remembering when deacon wanted her to leave and she offered to bribe him with more money then he could possibly even imagine. he didn't believe her and wanted to know how much. they had a whole episode where it was mostly the convo with her saying more money than he could dream of. i always assumed that's what funded il giardino.
