Bill professing love again , ugh boo! dipwad! Katy tests it to see if he knew Brooke was unincumbered what he'd do. She's pretty sure there will be a Bill shaped hole~ ala Willy Coyote~ out of the door as he can't wait to open it and barges through it instead.
Well we’ll no Doctor for Taylor instead it’s Jack. What is it with Sheila the Siren??? She’s got Mike, Deacon and Jack after he?? She uses a variation of the same script with all of them. She’s such a nutter 🤪🤪🤪.

So especially considering this, then yes if she takes him back again and tosses Carter aside... She's got it coming.
It will be fun to see what Bill comes up as a plan now though 😅 will be sth devious for sure.
Katie is still desperate to be Bill's number one. The way she lashed out at him regarding Brooke telling him that Brooke's available now and is sitting in that big old mansion all alone, Katie sounded still very bitter (not that she does not have a right to) however, she needs to get over Bill and Brooke if she really wants to move on from Bill. As long as she is still holding on to that, it just shows that she still wants to be number one in Bill's life.
DeleteI don't think at this point Katie has any delusions to be his Nr 1. She's been burned way too many times and brings up Brooke because he knows the truth. But Bill won't give up. He's in his Katie-obsessed phase, and when he's in it, it's more about winning and less about the woman herself.

The trouble is that Katie really wants Bill. Carter is just a rebound. Someone she is using to forget about Bill. She can't help but be drawn to Bill.

DeleteYes Lynn she does care about Carter. She’s not even that conflicted in my view, could be much more considering her past with Bill. But the stings of multiple disappointments and heartbreak 💔 over being second choice can’t be forgotten so easily. She knows if she goes back to Bill, she’ll never be sure if she’s the only one in his ❤️ and at what point he’ll end up at Brooke’s proclaiming his love for her. Or even worse - if he’s keeping his word only because he’s trying to prove he’s changed and not because he wants only her.

DeleteMilla, I agree with you. It is why I said before that Katie needs to let go of "Bill and Brooke" and move on. As long as she has those thoughts in her head, it means that she still longs to be number one in Bill's heart. Why is she going on a "date" with Bill if she cares about Carter so much? She should know how it would make Carter feel. Also, if she really has moved on from Bill, there was no need to go on a date with him to hear the same things he has already said to her before. She also told Bill that she still loves him. You don't say that to someone that you have moved on from.
Elle true but I think it's her sound reason that speaks when she says "what about Brooke". The sting is still there, the feelings to a former husband and current father of her son can't ever go away, so of course she loves him. But I still believe she has no hopes for Bill at this point, she reminds him what about Brooke, because she sees clearly now, not out of spite. We've seen how her face gets when she's saying it with spite and pain, but these days sometimes she even has this ironic little smile when it comes to Bill and Brooke.

Elle, I don’t think of a “rebound” relationship as someone to be serious about. So I don’t think Carter is a rebound at all. Katie and Bill have been apart for quite sometime. It’s clear she really cares about Carter because she had taken her time with him. She didn’t jump in head first like people typically do with a rebound. Sure, she still has some unresolved feelings for Bill. Best that she just let’s that hurt go.
DeleteIt is best that she let go because she will end up hurting Carter if she continues to bob and weave between him and Bill. Bill still has the ability to pull at her heartstrings and make her into a crying mess. She needs to keep her distance.
DeleteShe will always be in Bill’s life because they have a son together. So staying out of Bill’s life entirely is not an option. But I agree she should only discuss matters pertaining to Will. She shouldn’t be going over to his house for lunch dates. I hope Katie and Carter are in for the long haul. And Bill needs to quit recycling his women and meet someone brand new. Li and Bill are not a good match tho. Never saw those two as a couple.

ReplyDeletei thaught it would be who used to play Duke Lavery on general hospital because of a picture i saw him with the charactor Sheila. but still this actor did play on general hospital. i forget what his name was on general hospital but i remember his wife was Skye.
The actor used to play both Alcazars on General Hospital. He was on a couple of other soaps as well.

DeleteAnd don't forget Mike in the list of Sheila's fools. Okay Mike was/is just an idiot. I still can't believe Deacon would fall for someone who who has done so many evil and crazy things. And so closely related to Hope and Brooke. But now Jack. Unbelievable! She shot his son and daughter-in-law! Then left them both for dead. Also, she tried to kill Li. She and Jack cared about each other at one time. So I guess after Jack, she will reach out to Eric and get him to come visit. Hey, what's one more unbelievable storyline idea. 😞
ReplyDeleteI didn’t even recognize Jack. He looks so different - hair and facial hair. So what’s Sheila’s game now? Is she going to arrange conjugal visits with lonely Jack?? And then what….he is going to appeal her case and work as her attorney to get her conviction overturned?? She really works every single angle there is! But I don’t see this as a viable option for early release. I think they are just looking for any possible opportunity to keep her relevant on the show.
