My my my, did we hear Hope telling Liam how she’s not the teenager he met? How she’s a grown woman, with a successful fashion line and can decide what is best for her? How done listening to him berate her and Thomas etc etc especially given his track record with Steffy etc?
ReplyDeleteBut no, she’s not outgrowing that relationship where Liam has all the power. Just like she pushed back against Brooke who has always told her how to feel and who to be with and convinced her teenage daughter that her first crush was her “destiny” .
Good on Hope. I hope she tells Liam the truth and then tells him where he can go.
Well done Steffy. It’s time someone was honest with Liam and sent him off to have a talk with his wife. She is spot on.
Brooke is just going to keep lying that nothing happened and there is naught going on between her and Ridge. I don’t see this friendship lasting if she continues on this way.
👏 👏 👏 the light 💡 finally went off in his head. Hope said it perfectly how she has been feeling lately with Liam. I'm curious what she will tell him tomorrow, then again will he believe her?
DeleteBrooke and Taylor's "friendship" was far-fetched at best. Brooke and Ridge can't be kept apart by something so feeble especially since they wouldn't even be divorced if it wasn't for the CPS debacle (yes both of their words). Taylor is not stupid and should know this 5-minute old pinky swear can't stand what Brooke and Ridge are. We'll see it latest in Rome.
DeleteBrooke's promises made about Ridge won't last and we all know that Ridge wants Brooke back and she will give into Ridge in Italy, and when they come back Taylor will see that all of those promises made to one another went down the toilet.🚽🧻
DeleteI think a lot of people felt that Bridge would reunite at some point but, for me, it's Brooke's blatant facetious-ness (is that a word? 😂) that causes some to pause. If she was not over Ridge, then why not just say so? Why not be honest about her true feelings? It's the same thing she did with Thomas. Why the pretense? I don't get it.
DeleteAnd yes, Hope told Liam everything we have been saying. That he doesn't trust her where Thomas is concerned and that she has outgrown him. The first sign was her bringing up his past infidelities. She was trying to lessen the guilt she was feeling about her feelings for Thomas. Tomorrow should be interesting. Let's see if she comes clean with Liam or if she's just going to deny deny deny like she has been doing.
It is Friday though. They probably won't show much between Hope and Liam maybe a little at the end but will end as a cliff hanger until Monday ☹️

ReplyDeleteI'm really disappointed with Brooke. I was so happy that she was not allowing Ridge to walk all over her again. Even her disposition has changed. She's no longer smiling and at ease with Taylor. There's a tension there like how it used to be before.
DeleteGood for you Hope. Express yourself. Let Liam know that he's been a royal pain, on and on about Thomas, maybe he wants Thomas for himself. Let him know that he's boring with his obsession and you need to play some pickle ball 🎾🎾🎾with someone else, so that the experience will spice up your marriage, and gives you something to smile about...😀😀😏😏
DeleteHope has finally said what we the audience have been saying all along. She has accepted Liam's friendship/ relationship with Steffy, but when it comes to her decision to work with Thomas he is livid and can't stop obsessing. Also, when she told him she is a grown woman, no longer a teenager, and she should be free to make her own decisions. And all she wants from him is support.
ReplyDeleteThe balls on Liam to say that what he shares with Steffy is different because she is married. It was not so long ago that they slept together while she was already with Finn. Plus she was married to Liam when she slept with his father, so cheating while married is not beyond Steffy.
Bill situation was totally different, Steffy was very vulnerable having just learned Liam betrayed her with Sally Spectra (as I he told her that evening). Steffy went to be alone and Bill stalked and pressed and hounded her until she gave in. She was devastated by Liam’s cheating and then made a mistake she totally regretted.
DeleteNot the same thing as Liam just being cross with Hope and running off to Steffy, lying to his wife about where he was and then telling his ex wife how much he still loves her and wants their family back. Steffy literally was seeing Finn for a few months and most of those while she was in rehab!! So totally different situation.
However given that Liam cheated with Hope on Steffy multiple times over the years while they were married, she knows he’s liable to cheat with someone. Lol there is always Paris waiting in the wings. Liam’s daddy is a billionaire so she would be moving up from the Forrester family lol.

DeleteBBFan you can disagree, I am only saying what was NOT said by Liam since I very recently was watching those episodes. And especially how he was acting the morning after the tequila wore off - embarassed - before even heading off to clarify with Hope what happened with Thomas. No love for Steffy was professed, only shame of what they did.
DeleteAnd while drunk, the words were: "how serious are you and Finn?" And there was a mentioning of the painting being a "symbol of what was and what could still be". That's many levels away from I love you so much and I want you back.

I am all for Hope standing up for herself and letting Liam know how he makes her feel but that argument about how she doesn't harass him when he's spending time with Steffy was weak. Hope knows good and darn well that they co-parent a child together. There isn't a choice in the matter. Whereas, she had a choice on whether or not to bring Thomas back on as Lead Designer.
DeleteThat said, I understand why she said it. She's trying to justify working so closely with Thomas so as not to feel like she's doing something wrong. It's so clear that Hope is not as happy with Liam as she once was. And I can be wrong about this but I'm almost certain that her "passion" with Liam lately is probably because she's envisioning that she's with Thomas. We've already seen her making love to Liam but seeing Thomas.

Elle, you are not wrong in saying the passion lately was only when she was envisioning Thomas when intimate with Liam. Liam told Wyatt he has "never" seen her so passionate. Clues are starting to click in with Liam, I think. If not Wyatt will bring up alot of them.😏
DeleteElle yes I agree he was suggesting that in his drunkenness. But that to me doesn't equate - I definitely want you back now and I'm leaving Hope for you. Especially his actions when they woke up next morning and technically nothing had changed in terms of him thinking Hope was kissing Thomas.
