Steffy is loving torturing Liam, but looking not at fault. Steffy can run Thomas and Hope into the ground because :Liam listens to any drivel she says. I wish somehow all the unhappiness Steffy causes could come back and take a giant bite out of her ass. .
ReplyDeleteSteffy only has an inkling that Hope is having feelings. Why would she want to start a problem in their marriage if she happens to be wrong?
DeleteYou think that she didn't suffer enough?? What did she do right now? Is her fault if Hope is having feeling for Thomas? Would you find someone else to blame if Steffy was having feeling for someone else now?
DeleteD and Miah Brava!!! Steffy is feeling terrible because she observed things that lead her to believe Hope has feelings for Thomas. She is taking Hope at her word but of course it bothers her not to say something. On the other hand she knows Liam is beside himself already and without any proof she can’t just say things like that. Especially after he said he couldn’t forgive Hope if anything ever happened between her and Thomas ( what a total hypocrite he Is!!!).
DeleteSteffy is confiding in her husband and seeking his input on the situation. She DOESN’T want to cause issues in Hope’s marriage which is why she hasn’t said anything.
It’s asinine to blame Steffy because Hope has feelings for Thomas!
We get you hate Steffy and find some reason to bash her literally every day. However in this case she’s choosing not to introduce an issue that may or may not be real into their marriage.
Liam was upset because he wants Steffy to agree with him and he does trust her judgement. Her disagreeing with him doesn’t sit well.
Steffy on the other hand cannot shake her concerns over Hope’s feelings for Thomas derailing not only his recovery, but the line and her marriage.
Her daughter, nephew and her daughter’s sister would be all be affected by issues between Hope and Liam.
I also think deep down Liam suspects something is going on with Hope the way she's been acting lately. There were times Hope would be flustered or in deep thought about

I agree D, for him to being up not being able to forgive her if something happens between her and Thomas… also some foreshadowing I think.

If Liam and Hope divorce he will be knocking Steffy’s door. I hope she and Finn show him the way out lol!
On the Website She Knows, it mentioned months ago, that Hope would will be the one who falls in love with Thomas. We are watching it in the works right now. Now, all I am waiting for, is to see if she will call out Thomas' name when she is RAVISHING Liam in bed. He has wondered lately, why she's been so much more exciting in bed, and she just smiles, as usual. She wants Thomas really bad, and it just might be tonight.

ReplyDeleteHope didn't seem to excited about the jet being fixed, or about calling Liam. Wyatt and his comment "this is getting old bro." was dead on, but Liam is so closed minded about Thomas. He's in for one helluva shock.

BBfan yes and Liam in his thoughts knows something is going on with Hope but in his mind Thomas is making advances and Hope is covering for him which is the total opposite. He's in for a shock 😲
DeleteSpot on D. Hope was quite disappointed that they weren't going to spend the night. She wanted really badly for Thomas to make a move and 💋💋her. She didn't even think to call Liam to advise that yaaay she'll be home and back in his loving arms.

DeletePerfect example of Hope lying to her husband. Out of one side of her mouth, she is telling him she is happy that she will be home tonight then, as she hangs up the phone, the look on her face was the complete opposite of what she told Liam. And, of course, this is my opinion.

Elle and just the tone in her voice didn't seem to have any excitement in it. It was all just words she had to say as she was thinking to herself "I really don't want to go home."

DeleteOn one hand, I agree with those who are saying that the storyline needs to move along but, on the other hand, I am enjoying the pace at which it is going. The building of Hope's feelings are more organic this way and will be more believable if they do eventually get together.
Regarding Finn, I could be wrong but I think the actor is just trying to lighten up his character a bit. Fans have been saying for a long time that he is so serious and stoic as an actor. So maybe he is just trying to portray his character differently.

I feel for Steffy. It can't be easy reassuring your ex husband his marriage is in no danger over and over and over again, even without the factor of Hope's crush. And to listen "I won't let anything get between us". Adding to that what she believes is going on with Hope... But she did give him a hint when saying "Thomas isn't *the one* you should be worried about."

Finn what's with the shirt?! And if I'm Steffy I couldn't stand that buttoned up, heavy polyester suit even the whole day, let alone at home on the couch with wine... Let them puppies breathe!
I want this storyline to move along already. It's caused too much conflict, more for us than for them 😅

DeleteVery good points Mmysh it really shows Steffy's growth compared to old days. And Liam - I said the same thing the previous week - cheating with Thomas is the one thing Hope couldn't come back from even though cheating itself he should definitely not be so hypocritical about.

Steffy still hides it so well! But we shouldn't forget those eps were shot much earlier than now. Still very uncomfortable clothing indeed and I agree she should be allowed to wear something more comfy. And not stand in heels so much. Today with Liam she never sat down.

Hope didn’t look happy during any part of today’s episode. And as we predicted….no kiss. Also would like to point out that she pulled away from the hug when the text came through from the pilot. But she looked “off” to me the entire episode.

Thomas is showing ZERO signs of being “on guard” with Hope!! Clearly him giving her a neck rub was INAPPROPRIATE! And he should have never done that! And moreover she should have stopped him!
And I agree with Mmysh, Finn looked way too happy talking about Liam’s pain. 😡😡😡
Admittedly, Steffy is in a tough position. But if she gets anymore hints of inappropriateness from either Thomas or Hope, she absolutely needs to come clean with Liam!!
@Milla I mentioned that about Finn, I think it was last week, he seemed really amused and was smirking the whole episode discussing Hope and Thomas. There is another side to him we haven't seen yet.
DeleteLynn I don't know about Steffy. She's seen just 4 second hand holding in a moment of excitement si far. If she goes with that to Liam, she would risk looking silly and nosey and like she's blowing things out of proportion. But yes if she sees them lingering hugs and unrequested neck rubs she'd be justified to say something. The thing is she can't objectively separate any of this into Hope fault and Thomas fault, because from a third person perspective it looks kinda mutual. Only we have seen Hope's thoughts and heard the Brooke voices and know it's coming from her. I still applaud her for not meddling based on one moment. Really in the past she wouldn't have and she would have found a way to make it even bigger than it is.

It's the exactly the same story line what happened when Deacon was there Ridge was on the plan and good old mama Brooke turned to Deacon.
Steffy knows if things were different she and Liam would be together and Liam knows it so Steffy tries to warn Liam without actually saying it.She won't ever see Liam hurt by a logan
