Anyone but Paris... -_- I bet Thomas won't marry her...
ReplyDeleteI don't want him with Paris myself, but Hope thought he was over in Paris love struck for her, like she been thinking of Dr. Finn...lol.

DeleteLisa, Hope just wanted to pick up where she and Thomas left off and so, she poured her heart out. She had no idea that Thomas would actually try to move on from her. I don't blame him. It's only so much rejection he can take. And it's not as if he is starving for female attention. Women throw themselves at him all the time.
Elle I’d be so happy if Thomas actually has realized what you say - that he doesn't need Hope at all cost. There are tons of women who won't even consider rejecting him, let alone so many times. I'm also curious what exactly is going on with Paris.

ReplyDeletethe writers have given douglas & hope this deep loving bond. he totally loves her. so it seems disingenuous to have him calling paris 'mom'. it isn't believable. normally he'd be calling her paris.
DeleteAbsolutely agreed wesa. Douglas calling Paris "mom" made me think there's some plot in play. His bond with Hope is unique. Her becoming his mom was one of the biggest events in his life. He wouldn't just call his dad's new girlfriend mom. Either bad writing or something more going on.

ReplyDeleteThis all smells of trying to make Hope jelous. They know how attached she is to Douglas, she has been his mom now for years, and suddenly Paris is mom as well? Uhm no, I don't buy it. Hope is panicking now, because first when she saw Thomas, (I think) she was thinking he is gonna rescue her from her feelings for Finn, so that she doesn't risk losing Finn as a friend and/or wrecking his marriage to Steffy. But now, Thomas is marrying Paris? Oh my... triangle drama again... Hope will not have any of this... at least not Douglas calling Paris mom. That title is for Hope. She has been there for him for a lot of years. Paris a whole 2 min???? Give me a break. Lousy writing if you ask me... it's so obvious that they are trying to make Hope jelous.

I just hate those claw fingernails on Paris. They are so ugly and wicked looking.
DeleteThomas is clearly playing games. Up to his same old tricks. This time it’s just Paris instead of Zoe. Thomas hasn’t changed or he wouldn’t be trying to play Hope. And Douglas calling Paris mom when they haven’t even gotten married yet is ridiculous.
Poppy is definitely hiding something. Don’t like her with Bill. So if it comes out that this whole Bill is the daddy thing is a scam, then I hope Bill tosses her to the curb. Unfortunately, Luna is going to be collateral damage.
It makes me laugh that Tom keeps telling everyone what a hard worker he is. The only time we’ve seen him work was when he spilled the water pitcher all over Poppy and Bill. Lol
lol Lynn, Yeah, if he got a penny for each word that came through his mouth, he would be rich. He also heavily tries to win Sheila over, with all that he has read about her in the tabloids, he doesn't wanna be on her bad side. Sadly tho, he can't keep his mouth shut, so we will see where this is going. Maybe Poppy kills him, and Sheila gets blamed for it?
DeleteOmg, don't get me started on them evil fingernails on Paris. Almost looked like she was gonna claw them into Douglas shoulder at one point. Also, I wouldn't be comfortable having a child of my boyfriend calling me mom, especially when the other mom for years is standing right there.... and this was a shock for Hope... Are they trying to push Hope over the edge or something?
I agree 👍🏼... Thomas is using Paris to make Hope jealous, but this will bring Hope closer to Finn...and I too believe that Poppy set Tom up in the past...maybe he was the surgeon that.Li was talking about and Poppy ruined him🤔🤔🤔... thank you Bob 💕

Paris is looking so desperate for a marriage. Didn't Carter leave her at the alter for quin. And Thomas left her sister at the alter for Hope. Why would she get involved with her ex boss man? Why is she always getting involved with someones man. Though Thomas walked away from Hope because she turned him down that is too soon for any woman to try and pick him up. His heart is still with hope and he would be marrying Paris to try get over Hope. Which won't work out well for Paris because she would be married to a man who's heart is with another woman. Is she this desperate to be a wife of the Forrester fashion empire. I'm officially calling her the B& B sidechick. And Thomas calling Paris mom, was poorly written in. Kids know exactly who to call mom and I'm sure he and Hope has been communicating this whole time he was away. Douglas can be a little sneaky too just like his dad. I think he felt a bit let down too when hope didn't married his dad. Can't wait for Hopes response tomorrow. What is poppy up to and what does Tom know about her. Are we going to make poppy the new villain in the show, the con artist? She already take drugs. Maybe she met the homeless man one night while drugged up on the town .
ReplyDeletePeggy, I agree. Everyone is so quick to judge Thomas and this is all a plot to make Hope jealous by him. It could very well be Paris is taking advantage of him when he was vulnerable. We need to see more of the story. And I think Black Betty nailed it on Fridays blog, when she said the guitar was the clue. He was probably a musician at this "festival" and had a few nights with Poppy as well. He could be the father.....time will tell.
DeleteI haven't been following this Luna WTD storyline but, I remember when Poppy just came to town, Li made it seem like Poppy was a gold digger. All I'm thinking is if she knew all along That Bill was Luna's father, why would she keep it a secret? She seems to like the "rich and famous" lifestyle. Maybe Tom really is Luna's dad, and Poppy was ashamed because he had nothing. This would explain why she kept the secret all these years.
DeleteIt doesn't seem like Thomas has been gone long enough to fall so deeply in love with Paris, get engaged to her, and have Douglas calling her "mom". You should have to earn that title. And that doesn't usually happen until after the wedding. This soon she should just be considered "my dad's new girlfriend". I think the only two people who will be happy about that engagement will be Brooke and Liam.

Tbh, I think Brooke might want Hope with Thomas instead of going after Finn.... So much so, that she might even talk with Thomas about it, and it might slip out that Hope is into Finn. "Thomas, please take Hope back before she becomes a homewrecker!" Then Thomas is gonna question who Hope has set her eyes on, and then run off to Steffy...

ReplyDeleteSteffy is getting more and more sick of the Logans in her life: Donna married her grandpa, Brooke married her dad, Hope has been her rival for a very long time and got pregnant with baby Beth when she was having birth to Kelly, and now she's a good friend to Finn. If Thomas will go back with Hope, it would be... Checkmate! 😂
ReplyDeleteIt is certainly Deja vu on B&B, didn’t Thomas pull this act once before by rejecting Paris’ sister at the altar to have Hope, seems like lazy writing to me. And can’t believe Paris always wants everybodys left-overs. She always appears so desperate and sneaky. Guess it’s going to be another non-wedding moment on this show.
ReplyDeleteIn the up and coming predictions, Homeless Tom has a dream and Sheila and Deacon help him realise it. Maybe Tom sees himself doing serenades in the restaurant. Some of the folk songs he sang back in the day. Mmm maybe to show Poppy that he has still "got it". Lol
